Very very soon. I know this is a hotly debated topic. Unfortunately until MLG gives me the go ahead, I can't say anything about it yet. Just be patient guys.
I also want everyone to understand just because I'm working for MLG now, it doesnt mean problems are going to be fixed just in one go. It's gonna take time to fi, and it all depends on how much autonomy I have, again. I can already tell you that because I have to choose 4 commentators for 3 games, some compromises had to be made. I tried to get 5 commentators for 3 games, they wanted 3 commentators for 3 games (which would have been impossible), so we settled at 4. They hired me so that they could get a pulse on the community, and I know what everyone's issues are. MLG is a fairly big company, and this is my first event working with them. I'm expecting problems for sure, but best believe if you know me, give me feedback on what can be improved. If I can't talk to people I can't improve the event for everyone.

Also, I'm goin to be a director, which means I'll be handling stuff behind the scenes and not so much commentating. This does not rule out the possibility that I can jump on at the end of the stream for example. I can also potentially have guest commentators at my discretion. So even though I did not pick you as staff - you may still have a opportunity to commentate. Once MLG makes their announcements, I can talk about publicly what we can do.

I say @Medina4life, BeerGuyEd, Pig Of The Hut, 9.95, or Hitoshura.
Pig: I think Pig has a hell of a lot of knowledge on this game, and it makes for really in depth and interesting commentary. If there's a match up, despite how peculiar or uncommon it may be, I'm 110% Pig will know something about it.

Ed and Medina:
Medina and Ed made a great team at FR, so they could definitely make great MLG commentary. Pig summed up the dos and don'ts in this forum already, and all I have to add is little to no shout outs. We need to ignore trolling and personal questions, obviously, and just make sure it's a mature but fun commentary.

9.95 and Hito: Whenever I watch the VSM stream it's always working at top notch, and the commentary is always entertaining. Both of you are also very knowledgable of this game and the MUS.

I can hint at the very least that at least 1 commentator is someone that you guys have been bringing up...quite often.
But I've noticed even with the best commentators, there will always be a few people that don't like him. So it's impossible to please everyone.

Remember, even if you are not selected, if the opportunity for guest commentary opens up, show up at the events!

Appreciate everything your doing art. I remember when I first met you and you were the chillest person I met so far. Keep doing what you do best. I appreciate everything your doing for this community and so does everyone else.

If Tom got snuffed it was for a better reason than people trolled him, although that may have been a good part of it. Either that or it was because he ANSWERED the trolls, which did on occasion affect his commentating. I still understand why he left the community, and I have no idea how annoying he must have it. I am simply stating that more than likely there is more to the story.

I felt like he did a good job at Final Round as far as commentating on the match and not commentating on things that weren't the match, but maybe it was just too little too late.
