do you guys think its better than the ps3 one for dash cancelling? I get some problems with the ps3 one pinching me when I first started and maybe its not so efficient as I thought. lol. Plus I have 3 ps2 controllers just collecting dust that I could use if only I had the right adapter from amazon (because I have a gift card). Can anybody help me out, or should I take the chance at getting

Are you talking about the R2 block button?

Why not just set your block to R1? Plenty of people do this in tournaments, including myself and SwiftTomHanks.

I always get annoyed with the PS2 block button because it seems to stop working in Street Fighter games. I think my pad is broken.

I prefer using R2 for block, but that's me. L2 and R2 are just buttons as opposed to triggers the PS2 pad though; so I would presume that they're much better.

Can you shortcut the standing two ndc mid block string by doing something like b+blk, f2 piano the 4? Seems like ya can but sometimes it doesnt come out. If you could do it consistently seems like it would be an awesome way to do it.

I need some advice: I have recently started using a hitbox-controller. However I can't pull off IAGB anymore. Does b, u+b also work? How do you guys execute IAGB on a hitbox-controller? I guess, I'm just too slow with pressing u+b twice...

This was happening to me yesterday like all day, but I wasn't like being attacked or anything, we'd be like full screen away and next thing i know I just lost a bar and just stood there blocking.

Only reason i can think of this happening that hasnt been mentioned is that the back and block inputs are bufferring into each other, with retarded negetive edge, so your ex nomad cancels itself before it comes out, seems shitty. Poor kabal players .

I have only experienced it on ex nomad, and its happened at full screen, so i wasnt hit out of it or anything, it looked as if it canceled before it even came out.

I dont know if its supposed to be like that iv seen EX kabal run some times activate the armor agains a fire ball or any kind of spamm and some times the fire ball just makes kabal lose the EX run and gets hit so i dont know if its "random"

I've been having trouble doing b1 ndc b1 ndc. Also when i wanna throw one into a random variation like so: b1 ndc b12 ndc f3 ndc b1 ndc, it doesn't come out. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong, i'm inputting it pretty fast.

Maybe there's a slight delay I do? Or do i input it faster?

Any suggestions Kabal'ers?

I've since had trouble doing b1 ndc also, its really hard because you have to keep pressing the back button repeatedly for the b1 AND bf4 for the nomad dash ANNND back+block for the NDC....but i would rather suggest just using the f3 NDC instead..

I'm not a Kabal mainer, but why would you wanna do B1 NDC when B12 NDC gives you +2 rather than +1, same thing with F3 NDC. If the opponent thinks ur gonna cancel you're probably gonna get punished anyway, may aswell give yourself more frame advantage and make it a tighter punish.

All this NDC stupidity will end when its realised that you can just mash buttons against an NDCing Kabal and win.

Kabal is based around 5050s, not dash cancelling, the more dash cancels you do the more you're gonna get punished.

Once the 5050s are respected THATs when the NDCing comes in.
