A tier is very subjective with it's ordering. Lots of characters live there.
Noob, Shao and Lao are higher imo.

I don’t disagree really but I thought S tier meant “special tier of their own” how can you have 20 chars in S-tier?

More details on Reiko? Obviously, projectile nerf was huge. There have been some folks online who think he's still very good, but I'm not seeing it. He's decent but not great, I put him in mid or lower-mid tier. Depends a lot more on kameos now. With the exception of a few matchups, he has poor long range options. Still has solid normals but there are some matchups that are extremely awful now.
How do you count 20 characters in the S tier?

I was watching Viennality and thought I’d check TYM’s tier lists until I saw this gem. This has got to be a top 3 shit player tier list right there. Imagine actually placing Nitara and Scorpion top 3 and 4 respectively, and Kenshi, Homelander outside of top 5, with Homelander not even making it in top 10.

This is probably the only salvageable thing from this post. You do know some characters will have to be bottom 3, right? So far, I've saw or read nothing that would indicate Peacemaker isn't down there. Omniman is debatable, but he is for sure outside top 15, often in bottom 10. Before LavenderRain's excellent use of Jax with Takeda, everyone was placing him at bottom 10. Tier lists are not foolproof and are subjective, and precisely because of that they can change even when no patch has been deployed recently. Since the gaps between characters are the smallest they've ever been in any NRS game, it's natural that you might think "oh, how is sub-zero better than half the cast?". He just might be, but he isn't mopping the floor with the other characters below him.
The only thing I know when it comes to a substantial portion of TYM is that logical arguments will be trump'ed, pun intended, by clout. It's proven by the natural evolution of the game and the competitive landscape, how clueless some wannabe experts are in here.

Your arguments would hold much more weight if you explained your point of view instead of coming guns blazing here. Why do you think this tier list (or any, for a matter of fact) is wrong? As a matter of fact, I myself discussed previously why I think this particular placement of Noob Saibot seems too high, in this very thread.
Maybe for you and some others it could make a difference if I did that. A substantial portion of TYM however proved that needs a 1v1 match for any of my arguments to hold any value. According to those clowns, unless I beat every single one of them in a match, I'm automatically wrong.
