i found out this issue is caused by not having invasions installed. still a bug but its fine if you install invasions.

im really hesistant to reward NRS with my user data for messing something up tbh. if one could report without an account id do it.

i was on the unfortunate end of getting knocked down after teching a throw and was wondering if this was real. turns out you can input lao tele during throw tech animation for some reason? i wanna say this is a bug because a. ambush during that animation doesn't really make sense imo and b. i couldn't get any other obvious choices (motaro teleport, khameleon lift, stryker grenades) to work during this window, just lao tele. you can even do it on reaction to the tech too.

Quoting myself and TrustfulWhale from the Shujinko forum. The sound glitch with Shujinko in practice mode when you reset.

There's a really annoying glitch in practice mode where Shujinko's meditate sound effect will continuously replay if you reset either when he's meditating or perhaps when he's about to teleport out. On PC for me.

That sound bug appeared when they added Homelander. The repro is resetting while he's about to meditate or is meditating, which includes after punch/kick.

You can clear it by calling Shujinko and letting him meditate then dismiss him fully or let him finish. May take a couple tries if you accidentally made a symphony.

I believe Ninjakilla and other Liu Kangs have been doing this intentionally for awhile now.

I'd be surprised if NRS decided to change it now, intentional or not.

this patch has definitely messed some things up.

i have a lot of crashes to home screen now. usually from online matches, but now the game crashed 2 times in a row when attempting to do subs b3 into neutral khameleon in training.

also the patch notes say they have fixed some graphical issues when invasions/story are not installed. while i havent checked if that is true, they definitely have introduced the same issue for new moves now like mavados trap.

i will try to reinstall invasions/story now and see if it fixes the above issues.

I've done this and am still experiencing the same issue. As well as a full re-install of the base game

thats weird, for me the installation fixed the visual issues, as always before.

Game just crashes to the Xbox home screen any time I try to join or create an online match and even crashes randomly in training mode. Total reinstall of everything did not resolve the issue

ah that. i also experience extreme waiting times for other players and only 150+ ping connections most of the time, i couldnt yet figure out if its my internet or the game. do you have that too?

what do you see when you try? restarting my router a couple times and opening NAT seems to have solved it for now for me, but it has returned before.

Game cuts out and I'm immediately at the dashboard. Best I've gotten is twice I actually saw my opponent's player card and connection type/ping before it cut out right after.

the long wait times and 150+ ping only issue has returned and i still have no clue what it is. ive also tested diablo 4 and SF6 and multiplayer seems fine. if i had to guess id say that xbox's quick resume is messing things up again.

this is absolutely driving me insane. long waiting times and only ~150+ pings since the last patch. i have reset every device (resetting the modem helped for short times at first but not anymore), reinstalled the game, changed my NAT and my region, contacted my provider (says everything is fine with my internet). i contacted WBsupport but i have a hard time imagining they will do something about it. and somehow i seem to be the only person here with that issue. does anyone have the slightest clue whats going on?

i have read in the WB bug reports that people from west africa have similar problems because they have no server in the region. when they play against europeans they have exactly the same ping numbers that i have now, like 150-220+ (and 300 when they play against their own neighbour ) . could it be that i am for some reason only matched vs people from far away regions or the game directs me to a far away server? and if so, how could that be resolved?

i really want to fix this as quick as possible, so thank you for every bit of help!

Could you delete your save files , maybe there is a corruption in the files somewhere ..shit situation bro , also have you tried playing without krossplay and see if that makes a difference

crossplay is not the issue, tested that.
but deleting the save files could be an idea, i might not even lose stuff due to xbox cloud saves or NRS servers. thx for the idea!

edit: just deleting the save from console then redownloading it from the cloud didnt solve it. i dont wanna delete everything for good until i know it will fix the issue.
