I agree. I like Sektor and Raiden too. Utility with up rocket is nice and telepunch still lets us combo off starters where shocker might whiffsektor is a good kameo for raiden, if you end combos in df2,k(ameo), you will get a free jip unless they wake up

Drat the chip sequence isn't actually that plus at allBuilding on this you can do 24 (up rocket) 2 and either:
- On hit: cancel into 1~DF1 and continue the combo
- On block: cancel into DB3 and get a safe chip sequence (I need to test how plus you actually are with the rocket)
I think it was Motaro I saw. Either way it's cool cause I land some nice throws would love to cash outraiden can get a back throw combo with darrius, rb while the last hit connects will juggle enough to connect bf3. probably not worth the cost outside of clsing a round though, darrius ambush takes the full bar.

i have tried him a bit and as far as i can tell, net kombos with almost nothing across the roster. startup is super-slow and it stays for ages, so think its meant to be a counterzoning tool. you could even walk up and combo after a full screen projectile trade.Actually have you tried Cyrax? BTW scorpion is good for raiden kombos as well, i'd use him if i didnt already use him with reptile.
i found that if you fiddle a bit, there are always good indicators when to press the ambush button. for raiden you can for example input 2+k421 to make the string so plus that you can poke afterwards, or just dial f22df2k ender to get the perfect jip setup. or if you missile -> tele in neutral, you must tele the exact moment the missile is off screen to get the setup tight. it comes quite naturally with some labbing.I mainly want my kameo to have:

i found a bug with scorpion sadly, he should normally be even better with raiden. after raidens back throw, you should be able to juggle with scorpions up kameo, but he spawns on the wrong side of raiden, far off the screen. you only hear the fire and see the kameo bar go away.So. Some time has passed since release. What cameos have you been using?
For combos I think Scorpion is the best since you get ~30% no bar from any starter and ~45% one bar combos. Also has an overhead special which goes nicely with F434 and gets you decent damage for what it is (FYI it's a combo starter).
For pressure/chip damage I've been using Kano combining him with DB3. Also some zoning help is appreciated on Raiden.
Maybe we could get a separate thread for discussing Raiden cameos, @RoboCop ?
