I'm going to try out an impression, and you tell me who you think I'm doing.

"You know, this is what the MK community has been demanding forever. People whined and cried about not getting enough skins, then NRS adds more skins behind a super awesome tower and league system that literally encourages you to play the game more, which you demanded, and now you're crying about it. NRS has been suffering under the thumb of you babies for almost a decade now, and while they give you everything you ask for, you continue to bite the hand that feeds you. This "bug" you're talking about was likely intentionally added by the stunning and brave developers and testers as a side game of chicken to see who can stare at a menu the longest. Part of success is understanding the rules of the game, not pounding your sippy cup against the table until Papa Boon swoops in to burp you. NRS is in the right here, and it's not their fault if you plebians are too ungrateful to appreciate that. Did I mention you're a crybaby? Do you even know what "developer crunches" are? I love NRS."

Also, I'm guilty of trolling KL. I don't have any RL friends that think videogame leaderboards are cool so I just let scrubby players beat me, then I try hard against good players. The best way to draw attention to a bad system is to use it.

Although I agree this is shit you have to understand that if play online you will always run into shit like this. Ranked in games is cancerous and you will most likely not actually level up in these modes. Sub humans flood to these game modes and will rank by any means they can. Best thing I have done is just find good players and level up that way.

what that have to do with leveling up? This is a terrible bug that need to be fix otherwise KL is going to look like a joke.

So video gaming stuff is now tied directly to E-Sports (aka electronic sports) where the same players competing in tournaments making physical cash are the same players interacting and playing with the online community... The affect of this type of situation is to complex to get into right now, but at the most basic levels, there are proxies (aka "proximities") of good players in close proximity to the people winning large tournaments that play online all the time, and with the level of fraud going on in the FGC as a whole -- whether it be online or off -- would require an independent organization similar to how the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) governs how the UFC functions...

That said: NRS would really need something like that in check, provided that past activity on their end doesn't disqualify them from having their titles even making an appearance at future major tournaments like EVO or the Olympics...

This happened to me, and I was going to text them about it, but I figured it will just a random glitch and it was just me. Now that I know it’s a wider thing though, I will definitely check in and see if QA knows about it.

It should have been done 3 sets ago, but people’s shitty connections prolonged that. It gave me the wins, but didn’t count them as completed sets

This is the 2nd time the game caused my PS4 to crash and have to be restarted in safe mode and rebuild the database

I just got this PS4 pro in Feb. I never have this issue with any other game

Seriously though, look at the track record, they're not going to fix this.

I haven’t quite gone that far but I’m bored as hell with this game myself. I’ll pick it back up every time they release a DLC I wanna try but just for the novelty of playing the character hoping they make the game feel new again for at least a week before their lame ass neutered play style gets super repetitive and boring and is not even entertaining when winning.
