Everyone wants balance patch's by why isn't this in the game?

I really wish NRS had provided a way for KB "requirements met" to be an option in practice mode.

As a Jacqui main it is annoying as hell to try and practice combos using her clinch KB because I have to go through two clinches to load up the KB every time I want to practice comboing off the pop up she gets from her KB.

I'm sure this will never be in the game and probably isn't that important to players that use other characters but just thought I'd let my thoughts be known.

They fixed this a while back. The option is in the practice menu.

Alright thanks everyone. I'll change the name of this thread to "Whoops should have looked at the options menu a little better!"

Lol in all seriousness thanks guys. Ive been trying to see how I can cash out with Jacqui's clinch KB and FB in one combo.

THis is important because in my league matches and KOTH's I regularly find myself in situations where I have FB available and my opponent has significant life lead.

Yea you can my goal though is to just have the KB loaded on reset without having to go through clinching twice to load it up.

Its EZ enough to do that but having it preloaded in practice will save time so I can practice the combo over and over.

I think you misunderstood my goal. I'm not trying to reuse the same KB in a combo twice. That would indeed be pointless as its not possible in a match.

The other person was talking to you. If you have the hold button to activate KB option selected, you won’t have the problem where the same KB triggers 2x in a combo in practice mode.

Just hold the button so it triggers initially and if the combo calls for the same move just do it with a press and not a hold and it’ll work like it would in a match.

Obviously you could do it the other way too where you use the move normal the first time and then trigger the KB the second time with the button hold.

If you don’t have the “hold button for krushing blow” option turned on I really recommend it. Gives a lot of control and means you won’t waste valuable krushing blows by accident at the ends of rounds where they’re not needed or when you’re way behind on life in a round and you want to save it for the next round.

Maybe you already have this option on, but maybe some others don’t know about it.

I approve of the kano-ken technique in battle, its just not viable long term due to the strain it puts on the liver and kidneys
