Jade's Maskless gear is in her first stage of her character tower.
Scorpions is in his third stage of his character tower.

FYI, you can switch between towers as much as you’d like, after you already pay to summon them. Also, progress still counts toward other towers, even if they’re not active. (Again, only after you’ve paid to activate them initially)
