I kinda shit my pants when mk11 was announced at TGA last winter. I went to sleep praying I'd wake up to mk11 news, and it happened. I thought I was a desperate fool. Nearly jumped out of my bed when I grabbed my phone and saw google had sent me a push notification that read something like "Mortal Kombat 11 Revealed at The Game Awards." Pure joy :):):)

Actually watching it, real-time, was borderline-amazing. That shit cray

My jaw was on the floor about 2 hours when I saw Batman and Sub-Zero staring at each other, initially in horror.

- Jason in MKX
Way more shocking than Freddy and Leatherface to me, mostly because I'm a huge fan and had no idea because I had been away from the game for so long after launch.

- Finding out for the first time that MK9 has a run button

- Seeing xrays for the first time in MK9
Was a HUGE Blitz fan back in the day, also made by Midway and they actually did these in that game first. (see Cassie's nut punch explosion lol)

I shouldn't be surprised by this point, but I figured NRS had learned and improved. I'm most surprised that this is the FIFTH game in a row with hitbox/hurtbox issues! I don't mean 2 or 3, there are over 20

yep, agreed, there were not none leaks for the TMNT, the stuff was a very good guarded secret, so, was kinda shocking surprise when we saw that coming, hehe :D

The trailer was just perfect with the little misdirects before the unveil. It was so awesome to watch live. And I even loved watching all of the reaction videos, which I normally don’t care about.

yep, it was amazing , around the internet, the reaction videos on Youtube were pure fire hilarious regarding this reveal ! was a genius movie from NRS that time .... would love to see something like that for MK11, but ..... hehe :joker:

To be honest the most surprising thing to me was that they haven't included Fujin yet despite so many people requesting him.

As for reveals, probably the fact that Leatherface had that scene where he stabs ermac in a weird story like trailer, OR when they revealed TMNT so unexpectedly

They even included an extra stage on ps3 for kratos. In the stage fatal you can choose 3 different way to kill your opponent it was pretty cool.
