I'm actually really surprised that Mileena won't be in MK11. I was almost certain that she was in the game as DLC or secret character.

I'm not crying in tears, but I'm just disappointed about her.

On the bright side though, Kitana looks stunning in this game and she finally has a good fatality after a while (her MK9 and MKX fatalities were boring imo)

I think it still feels pretty clear -- my bet is mostly MK9 characters who weren't in MKX, like Shang. I think Nightwolf, Smoke, and Sindel all have a good shot. I could also see Sareena or Li Mei getting a Tanya-style revamp.
