Although I would prefer if they'd just reduce the active frames window to 6 frames instead of 12.I think the only change I really dislike this patch is the fact that a successful GI makes you lose guard stamina. It has made guard damage characters like Mi-Na, NM, Groh, and Sieg feel so oppressive.
The RE change and GIs costing more on whiff +being more negative on whiff was fine, but losing like 8% guard stamina for successfully GIing was a terrible change and I hope they revert that part.

That almost makes me want to come back. I've always said that a nerf to GIs would be a nerf to Kilik after all so I do feel pretty smart, that said he got some absurd buffs in the lastest patch too though, so he still seems top tier to me.Man, PartyWolf dropped Kilik for Tira and Mi-Na after the latest patch, he’s doing well with Tira, too. He thinks Kilik doesn’t do very well in the new guard crushing focused metagame that is developing compared to the old turn stealing GI meta. I’m curious to see if his opinion changes as the meta develops.

Use GIs only when absolutely necessary and with Nightmare's range and damage I'd say it's not even that bad of a MU.

I’ll go look for it and post it, it was a fairly good tourney, I was surprised that Azwel won, but the commentators (Spooky and Chen) acted like Azwel was a great character still after all of his nerfs and that he didn’t need the buffs he got. Which was just lol.Do you have a link to the stream?
I was ready to complain on how people don't know the MU (which is true, nobody knows the Azwel MU for some reason, even at top levels), but dude this guy is just Godlike. This guy made me humble. This guy inspired me.

I still don't get why Azwel players use B6 though. It's an i22 vertical high that's minus on block. There's probably something I don't know.
