Siegfried appeared as a young German man with short blond hair and blue eyes, covered in simple knight armor. Siegfried Schtauffen is one of the most central characters of the Soul series and the main protagonist in most of its installments. He is a mainstay of the Soulcalibur series and one of the most iconic characters in the franchise.

In Soul Edge and Soulcalibur Legends, Siegfried is somewhat cocky and arrogant, never stopping to achieve what he desires. However, after being freed from Soul Edge in Soulcalibur, he stops being selfish and strives to atone for his sins. When he becomes Nightmare again in Soulcalibur II, he is portrayed as a heartless beast. But when he becomes himself again in Soulcalibur III, he regains his desire for atonement. In Soulcalibur IV, Siegfried fears that he would get other people hurt if he lets them join him. So he isolates himself from others in order to destroy Soul Edge and repent for his sins. However in Soulcalibur V Siegfried is much calmer and relaxed, he also acts as a mentor to his comrades.

Is anybody really putting time into LoS? I just feel so unsatisfied playing this mode. For one, the font is small as fuck, so it literally hurts my eyes reading the text throughout the story. And there's really no incentive playing this mode, other than gaining currency so you can unlock items in CaS. Then again....you can get money by just playing ranked. Besides the whack achievements....whats the point of this mode?

The fuck I sure DONT! I feel like its a chore even WANTING to do the mode. Its so bad, it gives me a headache at times, not because of the gameplay, but that damn text! Even wearing my glasses.

I just rather get good by learning matchups. So i will be skipping the story modes entirely (dont givAfuck about Inferno) and just stick with online. Especially, since I've learned some new combos with Sophitia

I wish there was a REAL incentive like unlocking more weapons in the game like the previous versions. This game is fun n all but....that clock is ticking when Smash comes out. So they better improve their game faster by fixing their shitty online. Kinda disappointing they did not add that to the update...

My progress is still coming along slowly. I have had severely limited time with this game. Trying to make the very scarce training sessions be quality over quantity. I really want to be competitive in this game, it’s a lot of fun despite its flaws and some gameplay things I don’t necessarily like. Groh is just too much of a “me” character to not become at least adept in this game.

It’s been pointed out to me that his hair is too green. I’m colourblind, so I’ve had to rely on other people and sources to help me with these things, as well as pulling artwork/screenshots into photoshop to get the colour hex code and such.

Even the wiki says he has a yellowish green haircolour, so that’s what I’ve been aiming to give him. I’ve probably given him a too greenish haircolour then. Can easily be fixed though.

whenever I hit him my character still does normal hit instead of counter hit?

In dummy settings you should have counter options, there you should be able to select between attack counter and run counter. Many attacks only change properties on only one of those counters, or even neither, maybe yours is one of them?

Ok....done with Sophitia, a little over Yoshi. Looking to try somebody with not that many moves and long range. So imma try Siegfried. He was one of my favs in past versions, so im kinda familiar with his moveset so looking forward to his tool kit.

But imma keep it all the way live....i don't see a bright future for this game. Everything has been going wrong thus far since release. Tira sucks, RE is fucking horrible, and the online is still horrid. I dunno y'all....ride this wave for a bi, and probably moving on sooner than later. We shall see...

That part is fun, but everything else being shitty is starting to ruin the fun for me now. The timing of this game was....not very good. Going up against titles like Red Dead Redemption 2 was not a smart move at all. And online being WORST than the beta is ass backwards. Hell, people still cant even access online. Word of mouth carries to people wanting to get the game and all that bad press hinders sales for Bamco to support the game. Its just been a piss poor beginning. SFV can survive with a tragic beginning but im not sure SC6 can do the same thing.

Sure 2B is coming, but lack of info will cause ppl to stray. Perfect example...BBTag....yeah....

Im already looking forward to another title and possibly not look back at SC6. It sucks that I feel this way this early, but when you dont know how to handle your own product, why should i keep supporting? I really hope they get their shit together for this game, but like i keep saying, with HOT titles coming right around the corner, Smash Bro, Kingdom Hearts 3, DOA, will you have time to even come back to this?

I have no idea what you're talking about. Online has been fine on Steam, other than the lack of a rematch option. If one character in a cast of 20+ being bad ruined the game for you, then there was never a chance for that game to please you in the first place.

You're one of the lucky ones who have not come across problems....yet. Steam players have been having problems with their RP resetting. And so far thats the only platform I see ranked scores getting resetted at random. Thats WHAAAACK!

A lot of Xbox users that bought the game since launch have yet to still access online. Its been a major problem and people are pissed that the new patch still has not fixed that.

The +4 +3 bars dont mean shit. Game still lags a ton when it does, and i cant STAND input lag at all. That shit irritates my soul. At least BBTag had one of the best running online for it to be delayed based. But this is just aaaaahhhhh becoming so frustrating.

I'm a Steam player and I did lose my save files (not my rank though), and while that felt bad, it's not even close to being reason enough for me to drop the game. Hell I got my W/L ration reset twice in MK9 and once in MKX I belive, but I still played and liked them.

Now don't get me wrong: I have my own complaints about SC6: REs, backthrows techs and Groh players like @Juggs are those that come to mind, but I feel like the pros outweight the cons easy.

Also online for me has been working fairly well.
