Brazil and France are extremely strong, and my picks for the final. Also I think Spain, England and Argentina are gonna flop pretty bad this time. I think Costa Rica is gonna upset some strong teams too and that Portugal and Belgium are making pretty good runs this cup.

Costa is an intelligent bully though. He racks up a load of yellow cards but very rarely gets reds.
