True, but Sane could walk into the England starting XI with his eyes closed, and he couldn't make the 23-man Germany squad.

England need a complete overhaul of their youth systems to hope for a shot at winning anything in the next 15-20 years.

I agree with that, hard to look past them at the moment. As for Sane.......I don't know. Unless Brandt is better defensively/tactically or Sane has underperformed for Germany there is no reason you don't pick him.
