Casual matches do not count (Win Loss number wise) against your record, BUT it still affects your win/loss ratio which is why the color of your square be changing. It doesn't matter if you have a full set or leave after 1 match, every match counts. Ranked matches do affect your W/L numbers so it shows on your player card. Every type of match you play in this game affects your square color.I have a stupid question about ranked and online in general . So in casual match or ranked you can play one match and leave , you can play 2 and leave when its 1-1 or you can play full set . Does it count only if you win 2-0 or 2-1 set as one win or it counts every win and loss and shows it in statistic ? Also do you get something for leaving after one match ? or nothing happens you just get that one L or W ?
One more thing , I, play only casual matches and my sqare color changes . Anyone know how it works or how much you need to win or lose to get better or worse color ? Cuz ive beaten better ranked players than me but nothing changed and lost to worse ranked one and nothing changed too.
NAH son! U can rank up by beating ranks higher than you as well. That speeds up your color changing even more. Then again, it all depends on how many higher lvls u beat.I heard that in casual matches you can lvl up or derank only by beating /losing to players with same rank, for exaample if ur green you can only lvl up by beatig other green players . Is that true ?
Yeah, basically, you have to beat players of equal or higher square ranking a certain amount of times in order to progress your square ranking. I’ve heard that number is 10, but not confirmed. As in, if you’re a Yellow Square, you have to beat 10 yellow squares (or higher) to rank up. And I assume it’s not necessarily in a row, but kinda like each loss takes away a win. So if you’re a yellow square and you go 20-10 against other yellow squares (or higher), you’ll rank up. But if you go 20-11, you won’t rank up, see what I mean? This is all assumptions though, so take this with a grain of salt, it just makes the most sense based on what I’ve heard from Bandai and my own experiences.NAH son! From best to worst:Is there only dark and light per square?
Yeah it’s a great team. Very straight forward characters. I need to work on my Vegeta and Black, and even my A.Gohan more though. Vegeta is actually a very annoying solo character to deal with. Idk why people are saying all he is is an assist. He’s very good solo.Oh shit do we have the same team ?
I’m doing (A) Gohan / vegeta / black
Sometimes I swap Teen Gohan or bluku for point

It's an adjustment and a different mindset than NRS games. The concept of footsies in these games is usually who can have the most shit on the screen that covers their approach. It is hyper aggressive.Geting really frustrated with this game atm im jus not picking it up i dont get much time to play it and i jus get fucked up online most the time by somone super dashing little combo and into a super i jus cant deal with the pressure i do better when im just mashing buttons tbh makes me wanna go back t inj2 not that i was good at that jus wanna learn a fighting game anyone say this is harder then inj2 ?

He’s got some interesting oki options too and good damage. Trying to decide if I like bluegeta more or not ...They probably say that because he isn’t strictly a mix charYeah it’s a great team. This game is easier than inj 2 but there are different fundamentals, it's easy to get opened up in dbfzGeting really frustrated with this game atm im jus not picking it up i dont get much time to play it and i jus get fucked up online most the time by somone super dashing little combo and into a super i jus cant deal with the pressure i do better when im just mashing buttons tbh makes me wanna go back t inj2 not that i was good at that jus wanna learn a fighting game anyone say this is harder then inj2 ?

So basicly fight fire with fire ?This game is easier than inj 2 but there are different fundamentals, it's easy to get opened up in dbfz
Direct hit on target my friend I find you have to be a bit random and use the grab it's free damage into full combo but then again I'm a light green squareSo basicly fight fire with fire ?

I was honestly dealing with the same thing until I learned how to punish super dash consistently. The game flows differently once you prove to your opponents that super dashing isn't free for them.Geting really frustrated with this game atm im jus not picking it up i dont get much time to play it and i jus get fucked up online most the time by somone super dashing little combo and into a super i jus cant deal with the pressure i do better when im just mashing buttons tbh makes me wanna go back t inj2 not that i was good at that jus wanna learn a fighting game anyone say this is harder then inj2 ?

It honestly comes down to recognizing when your opponent will be willing to not hit buttons. I've found that it's easier said than done but it's all based on conditioning them to block. I've just come across a lot of people online (which ultimately seem to be entry level players) that just hit buttons ALL THE TIME regardless of what is going on within the match. I'll attempt to change up my pressure in order to mix in dragon rush during my block strings or after they block an IAD H but their response is to always hit buttons. Dragon rush has only been useful for me against skilled opponents that are typically more calculated about when they hit buttons.btw when you do guys grab ? I fail with it so hard lol I think in all my online matches i didnt land single dragon rush . Ofc not talking in combos to switch other guys character but to open smn up with it .
Yeah i think its useless vs mashers . Some guys never learn , for example i just played t a guy who did super dashes non stop and I punished him with d4 every time . I re matched thinking that he might learn smth . Guess what he did whole second match ?It honestly comes down to recognizing when your opponent will be willing to not hit buttons. Yeah, some people just go ham regardless of the outcome. The fact that all it takes is just one button press (playing on pad) to be all up in your opponent's face is too enticing for some.Yeah i think its useless vs mashers .
