Uncle JBeezY's is coming along RIGHTEOUS! Nappa and Vegeta are a perfect pairing, but found good way to confirm with Kid Buu with BOTH assists.

Combos in this game take you far, BUT learning your character inside and out first will give you a better understanding on how to play the neutral for you to open up your opponent to do those combos. I just looooove how everything is starting to gell! ;)

Yeah. Go watch Grover and SonicFox from the NLBC tournament last night. They are very very solid with each of their characters

I gotta see it. I did see SonicFox the previous tournament with his Secondary team and OH MY SWEET GURKENS! His HIT is a fucking PROBLEM! At least his first team looks viable to beat, but fuuuuuuck his Hit got me taking a shit on myself lol

Oh I know, I'm just saying the process is a pain especially when you have to keep resetting the game just to 1v1 a friend.

No reason there couldn't be a "private match" option at World Match center or something. Also think it's kind of strange casual matches are Bo3 like ranked tbh. But if private matches worked properly I'd care less lol.

Yeah I noticed this too, and have done something similar setup wise. One exception for my team is that I really should wisely expend Nappa while he has 2 assists, as I think he is more heavily hampered by only having 1.

U brought up a very good point. Which reminds me, I can build from his Vegeta assist but havent work on Kid Buu's assist. Guess i will work on that today! Thank ya kindly for THIS! Righteous :)

I’m actually starting to think Nappa needs Vegetas assist, it opens up his Saibaman options massively. And it gives hims his best dami and setups.

Just started watching... quick question to anyone. They play a song around 22:00. After research, I think it might be “praise be” by “dj iPad”. But I can’t find it, and the soundcloud has gone. Any ideas for getting a copy? It’s not bad.

Recently added a double Saibaman setup to the Nappa thread that uses Vegeta and any kame assist (struggled with consistency on Tien dodonpa etc.). No bar for big dami too. Suspect Buu would work.

There’s also a one bar swag with Vegeta only and only one saiba, but for even bigger dami :)

I'll look it up! But can't you only plant one saibaman at a time tho?

Has arcsys mentioned at all the dlc schedule for the game? I need my final form Cooler and hyperbolic time chamber

Well ya I luckily have a good local scene and people to play offline so not as worried about that. I just cant find a third damn character for my team right now but I know its Cooler

You can only have one above ground at at a time, but you can plant the next one very soon after you recover planting the first (not quite immediately as the first needs to begin sprouting).

In my version though, I summon one mid combo using Vegeta’s assist which serves as a multi hit combo extender. I plant another when the first one grabs and continue the combo. By the time oki is engaged, the saibaman s attacking low while you’re coming at them from above with a cancellable 2H, so it’s covered in savage mind games, but requires both traits. No meter and gains 1.5 bars, which is a real bonus.

Edit, FYI ending with (aerial) LML,jc.LLL.2H and not cancelling resets into a new combo (blowing up if they mash on wakeup), and the saibaman grabs them for full combo if it hits, and covers you if they block.

Final edit, you can make it a lot more consistent ( for slightly less dami by using the full L autocombo after planting the first saiba, instead of just the first half into M.jc.MH.2H. This also taught me the 2nd and 3rd hits of Nappa’s L auto do great damage if the 1st hit whiffs. Suspect this is the case with other chars too.

HTC would be dope. Personally, I’d go all in if they released Janemba, his animations were always top-tier. Broly-tier dialogue too :DOGE

OOOOO Majin Buu is pretty good. I wanna use him soooo bad but my team is locked for now. He might be used on team 2 but i have to master my team first before even thinking about making a new one.

I like having specials that recapture into supers too so 16 powerbomb, frieza deathball, and buu butt slam. Hoping cooler will have a footgrab similiar to blue vegetas flyjng slam thing

Nappa has a sick one too. Actually i found out 2 he can capture supers from. His qcf L/M/H into his level 1

or

(My favorite) a raw H into super to end a juggle. Its so fucking GANGSTA when it hits lol
