Also, does anybody know exactly what the update did?
As far as I know, the update fucked the Quests. It's in Katakana dialect (2nd Japanese dialect), and if you select even one of them, it crashes the game. Hold off it temporary till they fix it.
Dayum....well i completed mines last night without a problem. I noticed one change tho. Ive noticed players can now be booted from lobbys for inactivity. I just left it on while i was watching something, and when i came back, i got that message. So i think thats pretty cool for better organization.

I've had some luck with restarting both PS4s then trying again, but even then it'll probably not work.
To sum it up, their last patch made things even worse.
I mean....its something i guess lol. Never tried a ring match but not sure if i have much of a desire to do so. Can't join random because every ring needs a code to unlock....LAME!
In the US yes. Outside of it most people can't find any matches unless they search "anything goes" which is exactly that, test your luck and get either a decent 4-6f delay match or a 19f clusterfuck where "anything goes" but it's mostly nonstop mashing and rage till you lose or they ragequit.

Ranked works fine, but maaaaan so many ppl are learning super fast and so LOTS AND LOTS of time in training is very imperative.
Ranked does not work fine at all. After the update I’ve yet to have a solid connection and 70% of my matches lead to a disconnect. NOT them rage qutting, just a “lost connection” thing.
Yeah I feel you there. In my small circle of friends I've always been better at traditional FGs, but I'm new to anime and tag fighters so I'm getting my ass kicked more often than not. Jumping, mobility, and generally acting like a madman being so good in this just doesn't compute with me, so it's a lot to take in and process each match.

RIGHT!? I dabbled in Guilty Gear but was never competitive in that game like i kinda am here. So everything is like "ERMERGERD TOO MUCH SHIT GOING ON!!!!" to me. But im learning to not beat myself up over a loss, and take the good from the bad. It would be fuckin sweet to have a sparring partner tho
Yeah....it was last night or the day before...whateva its here lol. Theres always the offline mode until then. That arcade mode is re-tardly hard. DA FUCK!?
AT LEAST we know the game is fun as fuck. So we dont have to worry about that. Online can always be fixed. Just give it time my brotha
