I think the winner of the match should be the only person allowed to skip the outros, regular or dramatic. It kinda annoyed me winning and then my opponent mashed buttons to skip the outros.

Not being able to skip outros would be even more annoying after a couple of matches. After 1000 matches of not being able to skip outro's I'd probably want to kill myself.

That’s the entire point, to increase your opponents rage meter (REO’s exact words when I asked him why he did them once). I see letting the outros rock being at the discretion of the winner the same way I see the winner of an MK match being able to do a fatality or not. They don’t have to, but it very clearly gets to people and frustrates them. Any little edge you can get, you should take.

This is what separates the good from the best. One day you’ll realize the actual advantage of the mental side of the game. You think players like SonicFox teabag purely for boasting or being an arrogant dick purposes? A good chunk of high level fighting games is “mind games”. These type of mind games are different than the normal type of yomi for instance, but still just as important and just as impactful. It’s hard to measure the amount of advantage I’ve gotten from doing fatalities or babalities on opponents. But the advantage is pretty clear when they start playing completely differently after you get in their heads with these trivial things.
Thats the damn truth! At first, it annoyed the hell out of me because you dont get your win/points. I realized when you whoop somebody's ass to the point where they have to rage quit, is one of the most satisfying things playing a FG.
