It's officially closed today, yes, but the 24h extension is due to happen later before the release of the game. It's the compensation for the problems that we had in Open beta.

Oh hell NOPE! It will be both systems, BUT more than likely PlayStation because that's where Bandai Namco usually get their following. Most ppl play fighters on PS4 and the tournaments are mostly ran on that system.
His 5M stretches half screen and pulls them toward you. I think that and the fact that the 5M that follows is a low was what caused people real problems when facing kid Buu. I know I used it to catch a lot of people out
If you're talking about to the kick where he extends his leg, it also brings you in, which is great for getting in
I tried using that M then connect with L, and it was hella unsuccessful cuz the reach. That moves brings YOU into the opponent. but you have to follow up with something, otherwise the opponent will button mash you to death. So....found out H attack is PERFECT after M. It gets them every time (from my experience) and you get a free launcher. BOOM!

Ah I have seen this. I used this "Blanka" power into a combo to go down along the opponent. I think that it needs a good timing to OKI them.
I'm desperately hoping for a vote system to skip intros, outros and dramatic scenes. Either both opt to skip or not at all
dramatic scenes is one thing. But forcing your opponent to sit through the same 10 seconds of intro every match doesn't need to be an option. There was people with +100 games before the first day was over. There will be people with 1000+ games in under a fortnight. If your opponent wants to see the scene, he'll let it rock. Most people will for the first match. You don't need to force more than this. You'll get to see your intros.
If their servers couldn't hold a closed beta wtf made them think it could hold the WORLD. What made it even worse was when Bandai tweeted "does this mean we can start meme-ing again" when the Xbox beta was still broken af

Actually at that point in time (the tweet), the Xbox side was actually the one working. People were still streaming matches on Twitch playing on Xbox. While all on PS4, couldn't even log into the game to even play the tutorial.
If you’re claiming you didn’t have any issues on the PS4, you’re either lying or you’re the ONLY person that didn’t have issues. Saturday was fine, but Sunday and Monday were not. And this is true for both XB1 and PS4 as I played on both.
