This one I had leave alone I had some ideas but I'm not sure if they'd be breaking the characterOkay let's go, detailed.
Batman:
What? Why does Batman need a +6 on block string? Also shortening the gap size accomplishes very little because you can only backdash it or punish it with a fast parry anyway. Reducing the gap only changes the parry thing which is not necessary at all.
No I mean make it +4 it's already +6 (in game data says) and I mean it would affect parry but wouldn't back dashing still be a viable option?
What does one extra frame of block disadvantage accomplish exactly?
Well with the extra length possible a character size length added a extra frame added on would be a good compromise as if I said -5 2-3 Characters would be able to punish iirc

Eh... Lantern's B1 already has issues as it is. I won't deny it's an amazing normal but this would make the gap between B13 and B12 so big everyone could probably full combo both strings (if that's how this change would play out).
No make it -10 not in game data says it's -14... 25% of the cast can d1 punish into full combo already I think making it -10 would be perfect (explain how you'd go about this one also)
Not necessary as Lantern's D2 is already great.
It is good I agree I use it but sometime when I read a jump that D2 won't hit it be nice to have LM hit instead them landing in your palm and you gettin punished

Ehh with -3 I can agree -1/-3 range is good it's not overkill
Disagree because this 2% is negligible and it doesn't change any of his other combos.
Maybe like a 5/6% damage reduction sound better?

Does this accomplish anything really? Say trait takes 60 seconds to charge, it would now take 60/1.02=58.8 seconds fo charge?
Well I should've done percentages I think say 25% so now 45% to fully charge this will allow 2 full uses each round

As a Red Hood player, unnecessary. Not denying it would be baller to have but giving him an 8-frame semi-invincibld wakeup mid with as much range as it has is a bit overkill.
Really I mean both mb options are duckable right iirc? But I think the back lunge sucks even in corner I mean it does nothing for him right?
Would make his 22 pressure quite a bit better, I'll take it.

Well you could revamp them but wouldn't say F2 need a whole new remodel from hitbox to hit females and better start up? From what I've heard.

It's a free punish I've been punished every time I used it. With the armor I'll be fine it can remain -14

Nerfing Fate? I disagree. DF1 is already -17 (though with virtually no blockstun) so most characters already get a free forward dash.
Well with this change I feel as if I get hit a lot after I do dash after I block successful
MB orb would be insanely good for Fate both in and out of trait. Do not agree.
