I'd rather SHOW than TELL ~ Poison Ivy
So these are my ideas of balance patch ideas for nrs and some gameplay changes
Gameplay idea
- Give the option for a competitive/ casual koth ( its very irritating to have do that for each match )
- Drop more shaders!
Character balances
- Batman
• Normalize jump 2 that is the most insane jump attack ever
• D3 hitbox should be the cape
• D3 goes from -3 on block to -4
• 113 goes from +6 on block to +4 and the gap size is shortened
• 223 goes from -2 on block to -4
• damage reduction of 2-3% On combos
- Harley Quinn
• D1 goes from -1 on block to -3
• 12 is now mid, overhead
• 12 goes from -1 on block to -5
• play doctor is now +2 on hit
- Green Lantern
• B1 is now -10 on block up from -14
• Lantern Might now Anti Airs consistently
- Black Canary
• Damage reduction by 3% on all combos
- Aquaman
• B123 goes from +2 on block to -1
• water trident rush no longer is a wakeup
• damage reduction of 2% on all b123 conversions
• F1 is now 8F mid up from 7F
• Tentacle strike does 75% damage now down from 85%
• tenatacle strike mb does 125% damage now instead 142*
- FireStorm
• trait charges 2% faster
- Red Hood
• make forward lunge invincible for 4F
• back lunge is no longer a wakeup
• 22 is now -3 on block up from -6
- Darkseid
• damage reduction on all combos by 4%
• F2 is now mid
• F2 is now -3 on block down from 0
• Flyin knee is now -3 down from +2
- Superman
• Ice breathe is now -4
• F2 is now 10F start up down from 9F
- Joker
• Bang! Mb is now a mid
• crazed run now invincibility for 5Fs
• F2 hitbox fixed
• D2 is now 10F startup
• normal F1 is a 10 F mid
• new string F13 Mid, mid that's -5
• new string F11 mid, overhead that's -10 on block
• only F13 is special cancelable
- Atrocitus
• Rage charge mb is now +1 down from +4
• Dex-Starr combo B233 is now +2 down from +5
• Dex-Starr regenerates 1.5x slower
• Push blocked during dex-starr life drain 1.5% more of dex-Starr bar
- Wonder Woman
• B112 recovers 14 frames faster (on hit) and launches higher to allow more combo opportunities
• 223 loses it gap
•223 is now +5 down from +12
- Black Adam (Nerf dick incoming)
• All trait cancel get + Frame reductions!
• does 75% damage (25%) each orb down from 96% (32%) each orb
• Lightning Storm is now -5 on block down from -3
• Dive kick is never made +! Safe is ok but plus? Hell no
• damage reduction of 8% on all combos
- Captain Cold
• 12 big freeze now links on hit
• b232 is now high, mid, mid
• charge fills up 2x faster and level 2 & 3 switch trait levels
- Gorilla grodd
• stampede cancels execution is made easier
• 112 gap is removed
- Cheetah
• B23 command options are made easier to complete
• D2 has a little more horizontal hitbox
• new string F13 High, low launches for 112 link
- DeadShot
• B1 is now - 3
• F1 is now a 9F mid
• Wrist Cannon now has 5 recovery frames added
- Poison Ivy
• Bark skin input changed to DB2
•Unbeleafable string is now B22
- Robin
• F3 hitbox is fixed
- ScareCrow
• Panic port recovers a litttle farther away from opponent
• Command grab now recovers 7F slower
- Bane
Balanced
- Flash
• B2 longer horizontal hitbox
• Parry is now invincible for wakeup
• flash fist is no longer invincible on wakeup
- Blue Beetle
• Trait Dive is now -10 and gains one hit of armor
• Air dive is now included in base set
• 111 gap is removed
- Catwoman
• damage reduction of 4% on all combos
• trait does 2% less damage each level
- Doctor Fate
• F2 is now 10F mid
• DF1 now has 3F of recovery added
• Heal orb lands on doctor fate and damage orb lands on opponent
- Cyborg
Balanced from what I've seen just not enough representation
