i am fucking fucking sick of the cheap input reading AI in this game and the way that cunt Boon uses it to gate content. This is the worst single player fighting game I have ever fucking seen.

I don't see this game having much of a future unless NRS gets hold of the problems it has. There are a lot of glaring balance issues, above and beyond anything else. How on earth this made it through playtesting is beyond me

This fucking inout glitch is ACTUALLY going to drive me up the fucking wall. Red Hood is SO HARD to play when all your mines become parrys and when your damn uppercuts become shurikens.

Also, 100% lost a match because I went for a f2, super. Imputted it PERFECTLY...and no super happened.

I'm bummed that I can't find a character that I like aesthetically that also has a playstyle I enjoy.

Also, the announced DLC characters aren't really doing anything for me either.

I fucking hate the top tier in this game. I hate black adam, I hate aqua man, I hate batman, I hate superman, I hate darkseid I hate how brain dead they all are, I hate how little of weaknesses they have and how much better damage they do compared to my characters and i hate that they still arent being patched. I hate how lame they are and boring to play and most of all I hate the walk back meta that almost everyone of them have.

Everyone has a walk back game if you can't chase them down or safely pressure from neutral. I it's not unique to the top 5.

Gear stats are dumb and need to be off by default. I'm seeing few people in ranked but rooms are still packed, but no one turns gear stats off

Not everyone, let's be honest what are you going to get out of walking back the entire game with cheetah, trying to whiff punish and keep out characters

This game feels like it plays underwater

also does anyone else find it nearly impossible to jump fireballs with any consistency? Dr Fate will tag the bottom of my feet at the apex of my jump, what kind of shit is that?

Boss Brainiac is really cheap. They should make it so that his giant tentacles(the ones that come from above and below) can be blocked. Boss or not, an attack that can take a huge chunk of your health as well as lead up to combos that takes even more health shouldn't be unblockable.

And why the heck does trying to do a simple combo for Poison Ivy have such tricky timing?

- Open chests without animation, and instant open all boxes ( I open ~ 1000 boxes and spend 6 hours for this shit)

- when use ai in multyverse opportunity to tern on 4x speed
- Opportunity to buy ability ( achievement with cat women ability is shit, it's just luck )

So how exactly are people supposed to buy Red Hood?

Not available in the psn store. Yet if you click on his silhouette in the character select screen you are told you can get him with fighter pack 1

There is no fighter pack 1, just the big DLC that has everything including darkseid (which I have), the extra shaders, and the alt character skins.

What a mess

I don't even know anymore bro. I typically go for characters that have teleports or specials that can blow up people trying to lean heavy into full screen zoning because that shit is maddening. Aesthetically I typically like strong female characters, monster characters, villains, maybe all three combined.

I have a love hate thing going on right now because of the "walk back meta". I also only have about 1 - 2 hrs a day to play so I've been spending all of that in Ranked. I need to take the time to start labbing stuff I'm losing to, practice setups/execution, look into other characters, but that feels so much like work right now lol.
