Don't do it. You CANNOT do a "half and half" with pineapple. Your entire pizza will taste funky.

Yeah im wondering the same thing because all the pan pizzas i've ever had has never been as thick as Chicago style deep dish pizza like in the OP. I dont know what NY thin crust pizza is like but all the thin crust pizzas i've ever had (Restaurant, big chains, local places, frozen) are super thin and remind me of saltine crackers. I fucking hate thin crust.

I think this thread should have been titled Chicago style vs New York pizza tbh. Hopefully i'll get to try both someday.
