Iirc, they said in a stream that different skins will just be shaders, but you'll have the same stats as whatever gear you have on

I was just thinking about this. Besides so reworking for his anti-air branch thing (maybe into spikes?) he could really work. Like his duck would be him turning into a pool of clay instead of lowering into a swamp pool.
