I think it's the light parry. Like Warden has an attack where if you block up and press R1/light it's basically a parry into an immediate attack. What does "superior block" mean? Like Warlord has "Superior Block Light Attacks". Ive read the description and dont really understand. Someone explain to me?
its basically a parry and its kinda like the warden. What it does is if you attack or are attacking into the direction of an attack then there is a window where you block the attack and do a your attack at the same time. I dont believe the attack is a guaranteed hit tho but it is faster than wardensWhat does "superior block" mean? Like Warlord has "Superior Block Light Attacks". Superior block light attacks means you can block in the direction you're holding while you light attack basically....not really a parry, but kinda looks like one. It's way more obvious with the superior block heavy attack conq has. ... With the superior block light attack it seems like you're just blocking and instantly attacking like a parry-light attack combo. but i believe it means you can block during the startup frames of your light attack in whatever direction you are blocking.....that was my understanding of it anyways....sorry i'm terrible at explaining things. What does "superior block" mean? There is a reason beyond bias for my bias. Ps4 limits your connection speed. XB1 doesn't.Zone means the zone attack
Literally confirmation bias
game much better on ps4 than xb1 in my opinion, how about that!!!!!!!!!
It means blocking stops any follow up. Its exclusive to the Conqueror.I think superior block means it leaves you at advantage.
The Warden "vortex" is complemented very well by his feat ranged attacks. When they roll to get out of your vortex. Break it out and there won't be time for them to avoid it.Here we go. Anyway, this is my Day 1 Warden. Any tips from Warden mains? Not too sure the best option for neutral. Zone attack is fast and has great range, but won't work too often vs good players. I don't mean to do the up heavy after the guard break, that's just me being dyslexic and trying to alter my stance with the left analog, lol.
What do you mean "feat ranged attacks". I'm assuming it's a typo. But are you saying you can punish back rolls that get out of the vortex? The Warden "vortex" is complemented very well by his feat ranged attacks. When they roll to get out of your vortex. Yes.I generally don't have a problem parrying. But I've noticed something watching streams. PC players parry way more often and consistently than console players of those I've watched. Does 60fps make it easier to react and parry stuff?

Oh, that's 4v4 stuff. I don't have any interest in that broken crap, lol.Yes.
Feats are the active or passive buffs you choose any one of three for 4 perks. You get more choices as you approach level 20. For the Warden, these active choices are very strong because they compliment his vortex.
exactly my thoughts on feats. It sucks having to go into 4v4 to do contract orders and daily orders bcus i always get 3 or 4v1'd or if it's close they all know how to use their feats correctly to forcefully penetrate me.Oh, that's 4v4 stuff. I don't have any interest in that broken crap, lol.
Yeah I think you should be able to disable feats and gears stats in 4v4 if you want.exactly my thoughts on feats. Rolling backwards isn't always an option... bcus stamina and all....but that just means you need to be more careful with your stam vs wardens....i wouldn't be against them making the vortex cost a bit more stam to keep looping it and think that would be a reasonable nerf.I believe wardens pseudo-vortex will get patched eventually. Not a huge nerf, but something like it requiring more stamina to perform. I personally think it's fine how it is right now but I'm a little biased since I'm using Warden now. The fact that you can simply roll backwards out of it, means it's not over powered in my opinion.
Honestly, I think dominion might be the only current "competitive game mode". It is the only game mode currently that forces action. 1v1 and 2v2 and 4v4 elimination have huge problems when you approach them with a competitive mindset. Time outs result in a draw if you have equal number of players, or a win if you have more players. Health is not a factor at all. If you have a numbers advantage, it's beneficial to take zero risk, and just avoid fighting until time runs out.Oh, that's 4v4 stuff. I don't have any interest in that broken crap, lol.
No one likes to be forcefully penetrated.exactly my thoughts on feats. It sucks having to go into 4v4 to do contract orders and daily orders bcus i always get 3 or 4v1'd or if it's close they all know how to use their feats correctly to forcefully penetrate me.![]()
what are you supposed to do to get out of thisThe Warden "vortex" is complemented very well by his feat ranged attacks. When they roll to get out of your vortex. Break it out and there won't be time for them to avoid it.
