When I checked the poll said that 83% of people don't have one yet. Of course that was a while ago, plus it's only counted people who actually voted. There's lots more that haven't and the vast majority of those don't have one. Based off of that, I think it's safe to assume that roughly (give or take) 85% of people don't have a code yet. So yeah...

Well, it's not super accurate considering it's only counting people who are voting on that very specific (and not well known) poll.

Still, judging by the people who don't have codes here, on the Injustice sub-reddit, Twitter, YouTube, and so on, I really do feel like 90% of people don't have a code. I mean one guy signed-up with 75 emails and he only got one code during a wave. With all of these numbers going around, it's pretty safe to assume that you only have about a 10% chance of getting in during a wave.

Tough to say. People that had the beta from Wave 1 did say that they thought it became a little more laggy and more disconnects after Wave 3 and 4 so maybe the stress of the extra users is having a bigger impact now. Only thing I can think of.
