Let's talk about this. Cutthroat took a bit of a hit (seemingly more than I initially thought) because hes less safe and plus than he used to be. He still has the range (DB1) and damage of course. But now it doesn't seem like he can constantly bully you for free.
Cybernetic advances up due to system changes. The absence of armored launchers means cyber can play with a lot less fear than he used to. A big problem for him before was no matter how many knives we threw or how we pressured the opponent, armored launchers were something to always be scared of because the damage trade was never in our favor if we ate one. We can throw EX knives to break it, but who's to stop them from potentially doing it right after anyway? Kano can break 2 hit armor with EX knives now, but if they do that again, we wont lose 40% for a wrong read. Much more manageable. The stamina changes are a given, we get helped a lot by the fact that if they get hit while running, they cant run again and have to move forward slowly or jump (B1 anti air to 21-33%). And then the timer change was something I've always been in favor of.
Commando has 2 hit armor on almost all of his special moves. Power slam does 19% which is i believe the most damaging armor move (not counting the ones that you need 2 bars to launch). Commando can be very devastating and does good damage in the corner (40 meterless, up to 50% for 2 bars), midscreen damage is ok (he's a grappler, doesnt necessarily need combos). Commando also gets 34% meterless for an anti air B1 and 37% if you want to spend a bar (which is GREAT because people will hold up on him)
Not 100% leaving cutthroat out of the equation, as I do believe he is still better qualified for a few MUs than the other 2. But as of right now I feel cybernetic and commando have a better MU spread.
