Up missiles are going to destroy his punch walk and I m pretty sure they will stop his stomp aswell giving you opportunity to full combo punish him. Goro is not going to be able to rushdown sektor and he will lose in zoning war too.

This will happen to a lot of characters... poor MKX. With this and alien's multi jump in, armor is going to be mid tier in KP2
