A noob is someone who literally is unaware about how they should play a game. Oblivious to factors like online, frame data and MU.

A scrub is someone who thinks he is hot shit thinking they'll win playing the same style without any semblance of strategy. They will often claim they are godlike and RQ when someone will try to destroy them online anyway.

A scrub is someone who will blame anyone and anything but themselves for a loss. They didn't lose because they got outplayed, they lost because you did something "cheap". Instead of learning how to overcome something that is "cheap" they complain about it. To me the definition of a scrub is someone with a personal set of rules that expects everyone to follow. If their rules are not followed and you win the scrub gets very upset and starts calling you a spamer "just doing the same combo" or if he wins he also gets mad because you don't play the game the way he wants everybody to play it. Most of the times the scrub loses because he doesn't do whatever it takes to win the match. Lol

Thats not really being a scrub if NRS made it possible to gain so much meter on blocks. Lui Kang, Jonny Cage fist cuffs, Shinook, few others are able to do this. Blame the developers making meter easy to build.
