That's because MKX's timer isn't actual seconds (until the next patch), and allows a ridiculously long time for the match.

Marvel timer isn't actual seconds either. and it starts at 99 not at 90

That's for one "round" -- the MKX match is up to 3 rounds. If an entire MKX match was played to one 90-second timer, even with the longer seconds, you'd be seeing timeouts as well.

I'm on my mac and I can watch hitbox.Tv and I just tested on iPhone. It works fine. I'm assuming windows and Android also works.

Windows works fine with hitbox. both with my shitty computer from 2009 and my current one. I works on my android as well.

I think 3/5 should be tournament standard. You can cry about the timer not being 'real seconds' but the matches are still over real quick-like and 3/5 helps take away variance. Some matches people just have the momentum going for them.
