End of 2015 MKX Tier list - UK Edition

We already crucified @Undeadjim in Discord chat. There is so many things wrong with this tier list.. And some arguments on characters (lack of them regarding high placement is just...).

Anyway this tier list i a big no, no.

Guess all of the Mileena community's big time down players lol! If you guys think Mileena is better then Erron black and countless others, as huge fans of yours I'm totally done.... Call me what you want its basic as hell to see her short coming compared to these characters. Know ones saying she's bad, but Jesus upplay more swiss cheese strings, unsafe as fuck, bad pokes, and meter for over head. You are the sheeps if you can't watch saltface, gab, and used for glue as much as I love them get away with murder. Let's hold her back cause you TOP players can't punish basic shit.

Like I said WATCH there way to the top, and WATCH the crimes they get away with I'm done don't expect a reply.

Tourney results don't make a character top tier. By that logic quan is garbage and everyone knows that isn't true.

The point is more that she was considered bad by the masses, then went on to consistently beat the best players in the world. Players that knew the MU.

Do people know what averages are nowadays? How are there 18 fighters who are apparently above the average?

A tier is clearly not well balanced if there are so many character above them nor does it make sense to say that there are only 5 characters below the average.

If anything the A+ tier is the right approximation of the average with only 9 character above and 11 below which makes way more sense than your current evaluation.

Loads of characters are pretty damn good and viable.

I reckon Sonya, Erron, Sub, Scorpion, maybe Milenna and Jacqui are placed incorrectly.

Can't listen to the video right now, so I may reconsider after listening.

I will say that there isn't good enough rep for some of these characters (Erron, Sonya, Jacqui) in the UK which is no doubt colouring opinions.

Only have been able to listen to a small chunk so far, but I seriously love the layout of this. Super well thought out, gives a good basic overview of character strengths and weaknesses. Well done.

I don't think johnny cage should be listed as S , because his lack of air control is SOOOO easily exploited by a lot of the cast. I feel that if a character has such a glaring weakness they shouldn't be considered S tier. Just my opinion.

( full disclosure I think johnny is godlike , just not S tier )

Jax is MOST definitely higher. More specifically, wrestler jax. People are still not seeing the full potential of that character. Imo Jupiter, undead jim and tyrant are the legit only good jax players who are starting to scratch the surface of what he can do. Pretty good list brother.

Mileena was placed in A+ because of @UsedForGlue and Afoxygrampa, so they're the ones you want to talk about for the decision.

I think the whole Jax placement was kinda bad communcation on my part, when discussing both the characters I play I concluded that Tremor was in a higher tier than Jax but because of Tremors placement Jax got put lower. I think I mention that somewhere in the video but if I didn't that is why.

Id switch cassie with liu amd jax with johnny. Also id switch erron with mileena and kano with kung jin. Besides that im liking this. People need to understand that it's an OPINION. Not fact, just opinion.

I don't think that sonic fox did well at evo and ESL because kitana was a good character but because she is the exact opposite of Erron. Regardless just because one character was underrated doesn't mean mileena is in the same category. Both characters have huge problems that aren't covered by the variation system. Until I see mileena get at least an 8 frame down 1 I don't think she can be considered close to these other characters

I think this tier list is really good. One note:

I think Jax should be S tier. I watched the video.. they compared Jax to Tremor stating that they don't belong in the same tier. But Tremor is clearly the best character in S-tier and an argument could be made to put tremor in S+ tier.

Compare Jax to some of the characters in A+ tier and you could make the same argument. Jax and Milenna in the same tier?
