There's no reason to buy anything on consoles anymore when PC has mods and easy bugfixes. I already know that I'm going to wake up on the 11th to a "killable companions" mod which will probably hit xbox a week later and be a pain in the ass to install.
Too early to test the stealth but I'll let you know. Frame rate seems pretty solid so far. Nothing noticeable yet.
