GOOD, FUCK THAT MOVE (i also love how this thread is more active then tekken zaibastu)
It's safe from hop kicks, too much pushback. It loses to dragon kicks tho
Bruces B2 was -9 or are you talking about another move?

Capos where one of the characters where the tag helped them significantly more, also don't forget they had a 13f ws punish. Alot of people played a capo and bruce together because their combos were absolutely unholy in damage. And CH b13 netted the player 120 or more whilst I was struggling to hit 80 with some teams xD, it was savage lol.Haha, yeah I saw that. Was torn between that comment and agreeing with the second part of the post. Then remembered my oroginal Capo hatred that drove me to pick up Christie to see what the fuck it was she was doing. Aside from B14 CH [which was a little much in my opinion], I rarely had Capo frustration after that. But I guess I can relate to the feeling.
Well, looks like there was a lot of complaints. And instead of adjusting CH B14, we now have a character with no martial art style, really lame combos, an annoying personality [I might like her for that later], and from what I hear, nothing solid, just gimmicks.
Anyway, Capos were fuckin sick, and a traditional martial art [what Tekken used to thrive on]. Super depressing whenever I see that lil chic do any Capo stuff. I'm sure others that lost one of there mains and see a completely different style character with their moves can relate.
Markman said something along the lines of, we're gonna be really happy with what Harada has in store for T7...Yea pretty much. This likely means it'll be either Nov/Early Dec release, or 2017 release. Lol! Lololol! LOLOLOLOL!!!!!!
Damn. -.-
I agree that the CH B14 was too much. And I guess Relaxed could be a problem to some characters. TTT2 was my first Tekken [besides when I was a kid with no fucking clue] and probably my favorite fighting game to date. You don't understand. I've played since T5 and never had any issue with capos or learning the matchup. What I do have a problem with is how they play in the tag2 system. Mid tier or not I've lost to way worse players than me because I made one mistake or had one bad trade which resulted in a half life combo or more with walls into oki, bad tag for forced tag/crash which resulted in death or another half life+ combo into the same situation. Usually off of a b+1,4 panic move. Literally I've played some of the same people from the older games that haven't fundamentally gotten any better but do better because of how the crush/damage system works. One match I lost I counted the hits with a friend. I hit/poked the opponent 19 times including one juggle between both capos. I won the round. Two rounds later he hit me 5 times. Five. Between both my characters I lost the round via 1 mistake and a bad guess after. I've learned to deal with stance characters over the years but how they work in the tag2 system is BS. Especially considering how you have a relatively safe-ish mid attack that crushes highs which I can only punish for real damage if I'm able to step, even then RLX is dumb because not a lot of characters can float it, just get 1 hit or have to jump over them.
As for Shaheen id rather deal with one OP character than several OP things in tag2. Also remember, these assholes are gonna release an expansion before we get the game, he will likely be altered somehow. Like with T6 vanilla characters they'd still be good but not as OP as they were.
This is my view. I've never had any issues or real complaints about tekken except tag2 because it's too wonky and suspect with damage/crush mechanics and anyone with even suspect fundamental play gets away with more than they should. Few top players have said it too, specifically that in 7 you may not see some of the current "big names" much in T7 unless they put in some work.
I've actually made a list of people that I think are fraudulent as far as how they play/beat me. Didn't get outwardly salty just wrote the name down if I ever struggled with them in tag2 and didn't have a chance to play them more or if I see I'm losing to raw damage. If said people are playing 7, I'll wait 3-4 months after it comes out and go down the list MM people. We'll see if they were legit or not but I'm 100% sure some aren't and just crutched off the tag2 system. Easiest way for me to prove that for myself.

No more Capos crazy counter hit damage or Relaxed mix ups now, just... "One, two, three... Double"
Assuming you would of even beat me in TTT2, I'm glad I'm not on your hit list.
I just need some Chang love...
Lol Shred, at crap sundae.
Gotta go do some chores [uch] be back later to discuss the best ways to torture the Capos.
Yeah, I'm depressing myself lol. I can only imagine how many pages this thread will have by the release.Haha I was in the middle of telling you to stop posting t7 vids, its making me hype! it's breaking my heart and frankly your making me depressed.
Yes! You know it's funny because ttt2 has THREE of them
What even.
Lol oh god, that's genuinely depressing. I really wanna play ttt2 now -.- did you or anyone else here ever roam the lobbies? I'm surprised I never came across you guysYeah, I'm depressing myself lol. I can only imagine how many pages this thread will have by the release.
b+2 isn't punishable lol, that's like me saying "Well nina's db+2 is an anti-sidestep, ch launcher, travels a far distance but is just -9" lolBruces B2 was -9 or are you talking about another move?
I got a new monitor a while back [Haven't played TTT2 since], it only has HDMI inputs. My current 360 [been through a bunch] does not have HDMI. I know I can get an adapter or something but fuck it, just letting it die as I've got a PS4 and XB1 with my new monitor.Lol oh god, that's genuinely depressing. I'm not sure I follow xD -9 isn't punishable in tekken as you know, it can be whiff punished and the tracking wasn't the best if you were trying to say that? But in that case anything can be whiff punished I played a guy in tournament named Harry potter ITA who ewgfed all of my whiffed df1sb+2 isn't punishable lol, that's like me saying "Well nina's db+2 is an anti-sidestep, ch launcher, travels a far distance but is just -9" lol

So I just hooked up my old Samsung with my 360 across the room so I can play some TTT2. And since playing on my 1 MS response time BenQ, holy shit... I can really feel the lag now that I was playing with the whole time on TTT2 with my old TV.
I would of copped TTT2 for PS3 because I know that's where most of the good Tekken players are, but never had a PS3. Just had a converter for my 360 to play with a PS1 pad, lol.
Got no online for my current TTT2 set up station but, I do got all my fits and like 2 frames of delay. Haven't played in sooo long, just had to set it up again from all the T7 talk. I got T6 on that 360 too...
Yeah, Tekken on an xbox pad... no bueno. Had to get a converter, I got like ten PS1 pads, they're three bucks each and the best pad in my opinion. At least I'll be playing T7 on PS4 [might get it on the XB1 to just to play with some friends], and will gladly be abused by the more skilled Tekken players. It'll only level me up.Ahh I see xD I played on ps3 so that's why. Yeah I got it on 360 but couldn't use that d pad whatsoever! I couldn't even link the simplest of combos. And yeah the xbox skill level was completely different. Ps3 was rough as all hell, it was full of really good players. Yeah I haven't set up my ps3 in agges, went through a phase of playing ttt2 again recently because I missed it so much, I even miss that customization music lol now it's just ps4 and playing mkx, I have gta but am a complete loner on that game and dont have a gta buddy to terrorise with xD I spend most of my time playing the quirky variations like ancestral KJ, dualist liu kang or ethereal mileena
Whiff punishing is how you play Tekken, good players don't usually throw out stuff that's hella punishable. Then again there are players that still think Bryan's df3 is the best thing ever ~__~
As for TTT2, I was on ps3 (BlazeSRK was my psn) but all I played was ranked and private lobbies/rooms.
Yeah, Yoshi could not even Flash punish B2 due to pushback. And sometimes it was -8Yes of course whiff punishing is one of the most important things. But I was talking frames, B2 is -9 on block and -9 isn't not punishable in tekken. Whiff punishing has nothing to with B2 being safe because whiff punishing is a completely different subject jabs can be launched. I miss back dashing! None of this holding back malarkey
I'm just saying you're down playing that move way too much, that move was one of the reasons bruce was so stupidI'm not sure I follow xD -9 isn't punishable in tekken as you know, it can be whiff punished and the tracking wasn't the best if you were trying to say that? I assure you I'm not down playing anything, as I said B2 is -9 and it didn't have the best tracking, window puppy is correct it also had pushback so the only thing that could punish it was kunimitsus ff4. Bruce was a simple character based on fundamentals, B2 was insanely good but you don't just land it against someone good, he could also be stepped left very easy and that was the first thing people did after getting hit by a cd3 and even though bruce was at +4 he woukd still whiff because he didnt track well. The quickest homing move was his 3+4 which was so high it went over standing opponents. Without sounding like im downplaying him, he HAD problems and i refuse to believe he didnt. if you want something that was truly good and underrated, it was his 9 frame cd1, very underratedI'm just saying you're down playing that move way too much, that move was one of the reasons bruce was so stupid
...............Assuming you would of even beat me in TTT2, I'm glad I'm not on your hit list.
LOL oh sorry, I just assumed B2 cos that's what I was chatting about pauls death fist was naughty@ShredMinor I meant death fist, i thought it was obvious because paul was in the picture WHOOPS
