Kotal Kahn:
Kotal is my favourite new character in MKX, for me he is the most fun character to play as with all his gimmicks like sun ray, totems, soul spark, etc. He has some of the best quotes in the game, and his blood god variation is awesome because 50% 1 bar combos.

Because kenshi is my favorite video game character, lasher Takeda as my secondary because he is my favorite video game characters son and I love how lasher plays, not as much as how balanced plays but I still love how lasher plays

I main Goro because I've always been a fan of the character. Even when I was a little kid, he was one of the only MK characters I wanted action figures for, I thought he was just beastly. I said I would main him before because of it being the first time he was made into a legit balanced character (Deception, Armageddon and 4 don't count for obvious reasons). I enjoy his chip, footsies, good pokes and oki game a lot. His sound effects are just music to my ears and green Goro is bae and I love shokans <3.

Something about Kung Lao's moveset and fighting though just speaks to me.

I picked kano cause hes a badass in game and in the movie. I chose cyber cause i looked at the lil description in game and it said grenade attacks.... I said deal.

Kotal: Because hes a savage brutal Indian, I mean native. The complete opposite of a school girl. That macuahuital sword is also badass weapon.

Shinnok: Because hes a fuckin elder god! And stealing opponents moves and using it against them is fun.

I chose takeda even before the game came out because he is the son of kenshi and the disciple of scorpion do I need to say more. I also go with kotal who is the best character in the story mode and raiden when my opponent is weak why you ask for the glory of the elder gods of course

I chose Kitana first because she was my main in MK9 but I didn't really get along with her in this game.

I went to Cassie next because I like her play style. She has great mix ups, footsie tools and she's just really fun to play.

I recently moved to Hat Trick Kung Lao because of Eddy Wang's swag video. The mind games you can play with the hat are awesome and it's funny to watch the opponent freeze up when it's on the field. Its a hard variation to learn though, jeez.

Sub Zero was the first character I used since I played the demo so I thought might as well main him.

D'vorah- She's just a cool ass character. I love her role in the lore and her apparance is soooooo godlike. I mained Aquaman in Igau and D'vorah feels really similar to him.
Sub-Zero- Sub is always the first character i learn in a Mortal Kombat game. Sub and i have been besties for over 20 years
