DkS1 is definitely my favorite and most people feel the same. The game was a legit masterpiece, was the first time since the 90's where a game was intentionally hard and not everything was spoon fed to you. You had to have skill and determination to get through the game, and it was so much fun every step of the way. I also really really liked the world of DkS1. Where everything was connected and overlapping each other, unlocking new areas and shortcuts along the way. And DkS3 is going to be like this too, which is honestly one of the things I'm most hyped about.
DkS2 I actually enjoyed, but even though it's very similar to DkS1, it feels like a different game. I mean it IS a different game, but you know what I mean.
Anyway, really pumped for DkS3, going to get the most expensive edition too, lol. Hopefully there's a version with some kind of statue or something cool + DLC pass.
