I've been wanting to make a similar thread but a few guys reached out to me from another thread. You'd forget MKX was such a competitive game with so many of the good guys willing to help you get better.

I hope to get trained up by the guys that reached out next week - giving them a little time after EVO before I annoy them with my questions haha. Good luck FKP

In my experience, that is the way a true "competetive community" functions. Competitors seek competition, by definition, and the more and better you train your communities noobs, and the more welcoming your community is towards noobs, the better off everybody in the community is.


People who teabag, talk mad shit, and actively try to keep new players down are just douchebags, not competitive players.

I need to get better too dude. I understand what I need to do in terms of spacing and punishing and studd but my execution is pretty inconsistent and needs polishing. My connection isn't great right now but I should be ugrading to a stable and proficient connection in a weeks time. I plan on leveling up hardcore once I can mininize my lag to playable levels.

I spend most of my time with Kano, and he's my best character. I enjoy him a lot and will always be ballin no matter where he ranks in the roster.

After that I like playing Kenshi, Predator, and Scorpion; in that order. Tremor seems pretty. I'm gonna continue to explore what he can do, specifically Aftershock.
