How is the PC version? I hear it has lots of bugs? It's true on PC
My PC is 2 years old and runs it at 60fps np.... not sure what you're calling a "monster PC" but its clearly a different definition to what i would have in mind...as of right now its a mess and playerbase is really small. you need monster pc to just stay at 60fps
i have noticable FPS drops mid match on i5 2500k + gtx770My PC is 2 years old and runs it at 60fps np.... not sure what you're calling a "monster PC" but its clearly a different definition to what i would have in mind...
Otherwise yes - player base is small and online matchmaking sucks if you're outside the US
Is not true anymore. Today If you have a good rig (not monster), you will play sweet and smooth. How is the PC version? I hear it has lots of bugs?
Glad they fixed most of the problems, you think a Alienware 13 could run it with medium-high settings fine?Is not true anymore. Today If you have a good rig (not monster), you will play sweet and smooth.
Amazing graphics. You can use nvidia DSR and run with 3k, 4k resolution. You can use any gamepad you like with no problem.
Yesterday I played with 5 friends here and I have installed all gamepads simultaneous (360, One and Ps4). 2 friends like Ps4 controller, 2 like One controller and one like 360 controller.
I keep them on for that reason as well. Never had any luck with iAF unless I had input shortcuts on. Luckily I don't really use any other character, so it hasn't given me any issues.who plays with input shortcut off? I had everything turned off since getting the game but notice its alot easier to get that IAF with the input shortcut on, just curious who keeps them on for Kitana and if it is smart to do?
Nope that's alternative controls. Shortcuts make things like d, df, f to register d, df as the same thing.Does input shortcut make your throat slice input become B, D+B, D, D+F, F 3? how the hell could someone play with that
It's only -3 on block so even when he's right in your face you won't be punished, btw you're gonna cancel 212 into fan anywayDid anybody notice that a blocked 2,1,2 doesn't have as much pushback all of the sudden? Is it just me?
UPDATE: I just found out that their pushback is different for each character. Try it with Scorpion vs. Kung Lao. Against Kung Lao it makes you safe by distance, but Scorpion finishes right in front of you. II don't know how I never noticed how big of difference it was until just now... SMH.
So... seems this is indeed a buff for Assassin Kitana.Yeah... I just tested...
After Predator's patch assassin strike and assassin impale are doing exactly the same animation and damage.
Could you test again on consoles please guys? Thanks!
Yeah, I do follow up with a fan toss, but the same thing applies. Against most characters it becomes "pseud-safe" because most of their normal punishers are now out of reach, with Scorpion and a few others they can punish the fan toss like normal. Of course it had to be Scorpion.... god, I hate him. It's only -3 on block so even when he's right in your face you won't be punished, btw you're gonna cancel 212 into fan anyway
Another thing about weird push back on different characters: If Kitana duck blocks Johnny Cage's ex nut punch (not delayed ex nut punch of A-list) OR she's in the corner blocking it (both stand and duck) she will be pushed back very far and she can't punish it (it's -12 on block I think). But if she's not in the corner and she stand blocks the second hit, then Johnny Cage will be left right in front of you and you can use 11 to punish it for a full combo
Yea I knew about it. LOL getting it online tho.Yo, just in-case anyone didn't know you could do this because I do not see people do this a lot
Basic kitana game play is spam fans, convert fans, jump in float shenanigans if blocks go into stagger pressureI'm back ._.
Does anyone have any tips? All I do right now is spam fans like I did in mk9
