I definitely don't base her tier placement off of her mix-ups, I explained the holes and punishes of her mix-ups because he was saying her mix-ups were safe *facepalms*

But aight, her zoning is meh, and Mr. Mileena pretty much already explained everything.
The fact that she is bottom 5 doesn't mean that she is ass or anything, she has good things as well, but she has clear weaknesses that make her bottom 5.


Funny that you mention that... F12B4 is her main string, it's great for oki, but guess what? After sadistic ways on hit F12 whiffs against every character, they can either punish with a normal or armor out, this is a huge problem and people are not using it against her yet, but once they start doing it, oki with F1 will be pretty risky and sometimes worthless.

you are one of those people... he lands it on video the entire first match about 5 times... and your still arguing it can't be done... hilarious

Lmao that move has remained the same since day 1. I added him like 15 minutes ago, I really want him to show me the ways of unreactable F3.

Why aren't we throwing shade at the Mileena community for taking over a thread? If they're were some Subby mains here we would have gotten ragged on from the begining.

That's besides the point. Her placing is absurd and the justification for that placement is flawed. Her practical mixups require meter and are unsafe. She is low-mid tier at best.

Personally, I just don't like the "If they dont have a safe mixup, the character sucks" ideology. Not every character is supposed to be rushdown, not every character is meant to control space. They all have their own strengths and weaknesses. It depends on the player using them, how they use them, more than their spot on a tier, especially this early.

That's what I'm saying he's not saying the character sucks lol. No one said that. She's just not as good as other characters in the game tier wise

That move is reactable even online tho, so if someone can react to it online, offine there's no problem (even tho I've seen people getting hit by it offline, but again... it's their fault)

btw gg, i didnt mean to be an ass, i just get frustrated at lag, you are a very good player... i just couldn't give you a good match due to lag... anyways it was fun

I have to say I've never seen a game where tier lists have been so insignificant. At EVO, from the quarterfinals on, all but 4 characters were used (Goro, Takeda, Ferra/Torr, Jacqui) and each of those characters were represented in pools. It seems every character in this game could be top tier if used by the right person. Of all the faults this game has, being unbalanced is not one. Look at how creative NRS was with the different move sets available in this game. Can you imagine how difficult it is to add such a large amount of unorthodox moves and keep it this well balanced? Accidentally adding one or two frame advantage could throw everything off and there still hasn't been anything that breaks this game at the highest level.
