I think pretty much any safe MB that leads in to 30%+ combo's can qualify, especially if they are overhead or lows (Though I can't think of any low MB specials that lead in to something apart from Tanya's at the moment)

Ah yeah, I forgot about Quan Chi's low grab, though not sure if that's safe.

EX flip kick.

I don't care if EX Tempest spin is better in various aspects...it's not like EX flip kick doesn't do the same things well in its own right. Also, having an armored, launching option that is only unsafe in the corner, and only punishable by 8% specials from 2 characters (one of which has to use a bar to even punish with), is a big deal, because vs most of the cast, at midscreen, you're likely going to have to guess armor to blow it up.

You cannot just use EX spin without worrying about reprecussions any time you use it. That is not the case with EX flip kick.

Boneshaper Ex Low Scoop. Hits 3/4 of the screen, launches into full combo and guaranteed pressure from F221+3, Dark Beam. Can eat a projectile and punish for full combo if you react properly. Can be used for mix ups. Great move.

And where did i said it wasnt good? i said its not fast bc someone posted it is "very fast". Its a good special for sure!

IMO the only possible doubt about best ex special is between Ex Spin(tempest) and Ex Getaway, but for me is ex spin.

Johnny Cage ex nut punch, in a list variation, you can hit confirm regular nutpunch into ex version, then you get a full combo and can end it with another nutpunch for a reset

Cassie's flip kick and Kenshi's rising karma are also up there.

Edit: Some good arguments for Cassie's flip being #1 in chea. I've also never used Shinnok, so excuse me for not mentioning him.
