VSM vs Detroit Mirror Match Gauntlet!

In an effort to make NEC more hype than it already is I would like to propose a challenge to the VSM community!

As we all know DetroitBalln is a master of many characters because of his main character choice Shang Tsung. We also know that VSM gets a lot of publicity for being character specialists and the top players with multiple characters.

My challenge to VSM would be sort of a throw back to the original Mortal Kombat where the concept of a mirror match first took place.

I don't know if Detroit or VSM guys have $50 dollars a piece to lose. Perhaps something more reasonable, 10-20 dollars a match?

If you can afford 100 then it makes sense that you could afford $20. I think its asking a little much of Detroit to throw down $50+ dollars a match, but this should definitely happen.

Don't try to discourage this from happening by acting like mirror matches with you are worth $100 and no less. Save that for actual money matches where he isn't restricted to your character.

For simplicity, the mirror match event would be $20 dollars a match for each person from VSM.

I'm sure he would do a $100 dollar money match with you on the side in a regular money match if you want to gamble.

The Mirror Match thing would be its own event. Detroit puts down $20 dollars against each opponent from VSM in a Mirror Match.

If you want to do a $100 dollar money match you could definitely do that with him, but that would have to be another side match agreed upon between you two.

I'm not trashing Detroit by any means. He's a great player, but you're high off your ass if you expect him to be better than all (or even most) of these people with the characters they main. I have a pretty good Cyrax, but damned if I expect to be as good as someone like Maxter or Darth Arma who really devotes themselves to the character. The only other character I've even seen Detroit play is Kabal.
