Typically, people who use the word "spam" know nothing about frame data, or punish windows on the move they are bitching about. Instead of playing smarter or adapting, they constantly complain about said move rather than learn a new strategy to overcome it. The word "spam" is used as a crutch by whiny scrubs who can't just admit they are terrible at the game. "He wasn't even good, he just spammed the whole time", when you say something like that you look very uneducated and frankly like a filthy casual.
