Bay Area MKX Scene?

Sup guys, last time I held casuals only one person showed. However, we had some fun moments watching mwc (had it running in my living room). So it got me thinking. Would you guys like me to have a sort of event where we all gather to watch tourneys? I could still have a setup for mkx on the side. Let me know what you guys think cause I was thinking about holding casuals this weekend then remembered ect is happening.

I just found out about these tuesday tournaments in San Jose...thats awesome i could go every week but I dont see MKX anywhere on their FB?

Hey man I've been going to these tournaments and I went last night. Theres a good group of players there, you should come out some time.

Where do you live again? That actually sounds like a pretty cool idea

Were you talking about viewing CEO this weekend? I'm busy this weekend and will be traveling but i think this is a great idea to bring everyone together

I only really play MKX..do they play mkx just casually or is there also a bracket run for MKX?

sup guys, I'm gonna hold casuals/watch ceo event this coming saturday. Got my big tv in my living room hooked up with apple tv so we can get that theater experience #Kreygasm. Who's down?

What time is CEO? My girlfriend is going to a wedding so I might be able to make it out depending on scheduling

ceo pools are scheduled to run from 10-6 (7-3 our time) then semis at 9pm (6pm our time). I usually host from around 5-9pm so we would catch the semis. finals are sunday at 4:30 (1:30 our time) which is a little early but if people would prefer I hold this get-together on sunday and i get permission for it I could do that instead.

Could we do friday instead? I can't make it until 7:30 at the earliest

I'm in Lafayette. I'm fairly mobile tho with a car and whatnot. Gonna be moving to santa cruz in september for college.

Glad to know we got some community going on in the bay.

There any weekly events going on anywhere around the bay area? I plan on eventually trying to attend some but sadly it doesn't seem like much is going on. I'm located by Oakland.
