What are the most annoying variations to play against?

You know, the ones where when you're playing online and your opponent picks them, and you roll your eyes and think, "great... this person is probably gonna play like a little bitch..."

...and then they do.

For me, it's these:

1. Kung Jin (Bojutsu)
2. Sub-Zero (Grandmaster)
...
3. Scorpion (Inferno)
4. Raiden (Thunder God)

#1 and #2 take the cake, by far. Although I will admit... Out of my 1,100+ online matches, I played against one Grandmaster who was actually very impressive. He did not play like an annoying little turd like 99% of the other ones I've played against... He simply destroyed me and left me in awe. It was incredible. That's the kind of loss I'm very happy to take.

Bojutsu, on the other hand, is nothing but annoying, salt-inducing infuriation. Every single time. Even when I win, I'm still salty about it, haha.

What are your picks?

I considered leaving that part out, but decided to opt for full disclosure, lol. I have no shame admitting my saltiness.

I also have no problem with good players. It's the cheap annoying ones that I can't stand. I'm just not exactly how to word that differentiation, hence my quote. But like I said, that one Grandmaster who destroyed me was amazing. He did not play one bit like the annoying tactics of literally every single other player I've faced using that variation (EDIT: yep, see the post above this one, lol). He was just plain good, and I loved it.

Heavy Weapons Jax. Offline he's fine.

Online it's nearly always some idiot abusing lag and spamming rockets, with hard hitting combos that only require a couple of buttons.

Honestly he's still not even that hard to beat, since everyone that plays him for this seems to be pretty trash. However, it's just a waste of time, win or lose it's a Strat that will never work without lag there to help, boring ass hell to play against

Haha, I just played one of those before making this thread. And it was even lagging. Luckily I was Tanya so it was easy to squish, thanks to teleports. My biggest struggle was the lag though. Having a 1+ second delay for every input makes things quite difficult. First match like that all night, and I certainly did not rematch.

Outlaw Erron Black. Maybe he isn't as good as Raiden so to say, but sometimes I feel like I'm not even playing the game when he gets rolling. Nothing makes me as salty as guessing and guessing and guessing every match in a set.

I love fightining inferno scorpion. As hellfire i have never lost to one in recent memory. Inferno is garbage.

I played as her for a bit as one of my first attempts at finding a main, and I usually have no problems against others. I do remember one guy being absolutely amazing with her though. It blew my mind, how good he was (and not cheap or annoying at all).

I saved the match in my favorites so I could re-watch it and learn. Which is apparently pointless, because you can't even watch them after a patch... You just get an error message saying the match is from an older version ... I wish NRS work just give us an option to disable that useless feature. It always messes up my cloud storage.

I considered that one going on my list, but I'm usually left impressed rather than annoyed. I mean, I'm annoyed by the loss, sure, but usually not the style.

Hahahaha... That is my main, and I actually agree. It's happened to me a few times. We both end up predicting everything, having the same tactics, and it just ends up being the same thing over and over. It really feels like playing myself. It is so ridiculous that it actually makes me laugh, even through the frustration.

My post was more joking than anything. SQ Deborah is my main, and while she's top 5(imo) there is nothing overtly annoying about her,she's a very honest character with good footsies and amazing pressure
