D2s on block. Should they be punishable?

I find the shitter players tend to spam d2. It's amazing how fast it is, especially if they can d2 after I've blocked there string Before I counter with a 4 hit combo that starts with a simple 1.

Those who overuse d2 generally don't know more than a 3 hit combo. Don't worry I'll back off and have rest before I bring the pain again

I wouldn't mind that, but what really bothers me is the combination of the startup and hitbox on Scorpion's D2. They need to town that fucking D2 down, its ridiculous. Even after you have crossed up it still fucking connects.

Uppercuts having a hitbox behind the characters head is absolutely glorious in my opinion, they are supposed to be a reliable anti-air/anti crossover tool and that's what they are in MKX.

If you keep getting hit by uppercuts then your offence obviously sucks ass and you deserve to get uppercutted until you lose.
