Ranked is a shit show no way to tell where the players are from I am sure thats 99% of the prob.
yeah i thought that was the only problem but i just checked my port forwarding on my router and apparently some one else changed the last digit of the ipv4 address to something different than my PC. I have fixed it and see a drastic improvement.
dont forget about intentional connection degraders who want to win hard. also did they not implement this thing about being able to skip bad ping fights yet on ranked.

these kind of people are not of the "PC master race" ilk, they dont know dick about their own pc's and have problems doing general things with pc's anyway. Havent had a single issue so far on my pc version bar the occasional crashes in koth (which were reported to be happening on all versions of the game) also the console versions have had some dicking themselves. The main problem with PC is the user has to be competent, many people in this world are the opposite of that word, and that just makes things complicatedI love this thread. First half of the pages are "PC Master Race" people doing a giant circle jerk and talking about stupid people buying consoles.
This. This is why I buy consoles. No shitty ports. I own a high-end gaming PC, but I did my research, saw that PC version was going to be a port and immediately went for PS4 version. Consoles are good for plug+play gaming. No worrying about hardware, drivers, or anything. If a game doesn't work, its on the developer, I don't have to check anything on my end.
Choosing sides of a war is dumb. Certain games can only be played on consoles or PC. Certain games are developed for one better than the other. If I want to have both and have options, good on me.

Hope things improve for all youse PC guys n' gals. I'm one of the lucky ones who had the game running pretty well, performance-wise*, but I still suffered from lotsa crashes and bugs, so hopefully they're sorted.

All the PCMR people get on my nerves too. I was a part of it somewhat(did not brigade or post much), until the whole Steam Paid Mods debacle, where I got downvoted for saying that this is the time we could demand real change. It made me objectively look at what I was praising, a corporation in Steam, the very thing I want to get away from. Sure the UI is nice, and the sales save your wallet, but it's still a terrible monopoly. No platform gives you freedom nowadays unless its GOG or you make your own.I love this thread. I haven't had any issues with my PS4 version. Only problems I have heard about were the issues with the MKX mobile game screwing up playability.
Go ahead and pay hundreds of dollars for a console with inferior hardware. There are 0 games i want to play on console and i'm not going to pay a seperate internet bill on top of buying a 90 dollar game and 500 dollar system and 200-300 dollars worth of controller/modifications just to be able to play a game that can run better look better and mod better on PC as well as being able to use any controller i want just about.I love this thread. This is the perfect PCMR specimen. Notice the attacks and use of words like "inferior". See here the blatant need for self justification in the overblown inflation of the "wasted money". "90 dollar game and 500 dollar system and 200-300 dollars worth of controller/modifications just to be able to play a game that can run better look better and mod better on PC". 60$ game turns into a 90$ game [50% increase] (which btw is the same price across both consoles for someone buying within the first 6 months), 400$ system turns into a 500$ system [25% increase], and 200-300 dollars worth of controllers??? The damned box comes with a controller...
