Looking for East Coast players that have MKX on PC. Found a few already just trying to up my friends list and get some good games in.

We have a decent scene for mkx in greensboro. Probably the biggest in NC for most nrs games. I also play on PC and im looking for good players. Sneak82i88 is my steam ID.

I'm in the Raleigh area and would love to find some local MKX players - I never had local people to train with in MK9 and hated getting wrecked by friends who had giant gaming groups. It looks like these guys are in/near Raleigh:

There is a shop called Gamesturz north of Raleigh off of Durant that does open gaming that might be a good place to meet up, I think you have to pay for time on their setups, but its pretty cheap and I think you can do reservations/events. I only went in once but it seemed like a neat local business.

Would anyone be interested in meeting up there sometime?

Not a bad idea, it would be nice to have a place like that where we could all meet up. Hell maybe even have a weekly!!

Looks like the lounge at its most expensive is $4/hr per person - but it seems like there are options to do like events/memberships too

I'm out this weekend, but as far as weekdays go, Wednesday evenings tend to be my only open time. If you/anyone wanted to try to head up there tonight, I'd be up for it, otherwise we can try to arrange something bigger next week.

If anyone responds to this with interest, I'll plan on trying to head up there around 7 tonight. I'll probably also bring a ps4/controllers at least this first time. I think they have all the equipment and games, but maybe not unlocks and stuff (not that I have a lot of unlocks, but whatevs).

I dont really have a way to get to events right now. I know some capcom players in raleigh have gatherings 1-2 times a week, you could always bring setups to those

Is this the group Tierless Heroes? I tried to contact a few of their members, but haven't heard anything yet. From their site it looks like its every fighting game EXCEPT Mortal Kombat lol. I might just try to show up to one of their events sometime and see what is up if we don't get our own TYM Raleigh thing going at Gamesturz

I'd make that drive easily enough if there was something going on. It's only about an hour or so, maybe try to build a Raleigh/Durham/Greensboro group? Alternate between locations for meetups?

what are the FB groups? I'll join and see if I can make it out there for any of your events. In the meantime, for anyone in the Raleigh area, I am going to go to Gamesturz on Wednesday ~7, if anyone feels like joining, just show up and we can get some games going. Could also talk more in person about trying to get a Triangle area scene going.

I would drive 2 hours to play with you guys once or twice a week. I have an PS4/asus setup I can provide. Is there a set weekly schedule?

Have you been there before? I don't think I will be able to come tomorrow night though. I think most of the time on wesnesdays I would be able to though.

We are trying to working a good schedule, thanks for the reply, I'm thinking if we like this location you might not have to bring anything

I have stopped in but never played.

As for a schedule, like he said, I think we are trying to set one up for the triangle area.

Blackjack, what other days work? Most weeknights are good for me just later on all but Wednesday. Weekends are fine sometimes but tend to full up quick. Thinking weekend are better for larger events planned in advance
