Hey man, we met at 7, but don't worry it is going to be a regular thing on Wednesdays! We are also going to look into a group rate (the location is $4/hr per person at the full rate, but I think we can get it as low as $2.50 if we buy bulk hours, the owner seems pretty chill).

Was awesome meeting those of you that made it out tonight, and looking forward to having even bigger groups moving forward.

Hey guys! Just wanted of offer my place for MKX sessions. I live about 5-10 mins from gamesturz. It would obviously be for free.99 as well lol. They only catch is I only have one Asus tourney monitor and the game for xbone but if people wanted to bring setups or if the majority of you guys you ps4 pad (I play on stick) someone could bring a ps4 and we could just use my monitor. Sorry if I started to ramble but let me know if any of you guys are down we can figure out a time and date! Side Note: i would also be able to stream at my place :D

Hey - you should still come out to Gamesturz - I spoke with Wessygator some more rather than switching things up today at the 11th hour we will just meet at Gamesturz tonight and we can discuss future meetup locations then.

So, tonight @ Gamesturz - be there!

Thanks for bringing that adapter out, was definitely cool to see it work with the hitbox.

For everyone else - our plan at least for now moving forward is to meet at Gamesturz on Wednesdays @ 7:00 and then discuss some additional meeting times at different peoples houses.

I suck at this game. But itd be nice to hang out with some MK dorks every now and then.
I feel like the only person in Jacksonville that even plays this game a bit competitively :/

There has been a lot of talk in this thread about the Raleigh/Durham, Greensboro, and Charlotte areas - Anyone opposed to putting together a list of people who are in the different areas? I can talk to BlackJack about adding it as an edit to his first post, that way moving forward people can reach out to people in their area directly AND we can get started putting together group events (like us Raleigh folks hoping to make it into Greensboro one weekend).

That would be great. I know a lot of people who have been buying the game. But thats just for story and playing for fun type deals.
Im living on base too. Even worse. Raleigh is quite far, depending on my workload i may or may not make events sadly.
But id like to know whose around st the least.
I buy food as well. Heheheh

Weather was kind of nasty and apparently traffic sucked, but we had a few people out at Gamesturz last night. We were talking about possibly getting together again this weekend, either at someone's place (@wessygator, you had mentioned possibly hosting before, if you are still up for it, let us know), or if we can get info on it, going out to Greensboro. BlackJackSnack was saying the group in Greensboro do a weekly tournament on Saturdays, can anyone from that area provide some more details? We have at least 3 people from the Raleigh area interested in going out there.
