Official Patch Notes & Hotfix Released!

these patches are distributed through PSN but it doesn't have to be when the store updates - then we'd be doomed to wait until tuesday. it will be released... when PSN gets it or... when they feel like it. PSN also updates at different times on tuesday. ranges from about 2PM-6PM but i would expect this patch a little earlier or later than that.

oh, and that tournament doesn't sound worth it if it were free. i hope you don't spend money for that.

i wanna do sindel combos >.<

That's exactly what's getting to me and was thinking that maybe they did a GET_IT_A _WEEK_EARLY. Why not wait till both are ready then send them out if that was the case. The "couple of days" or "soon" just annoys the heck outta me. It always sucks to be left out LOL

EDIT: I guess the bright side is that I got to see what is in store for us PS3 users

well usually xbox is the one that's left out and gets everything second. this was just totally random.
i'd forgive the patch delay IF they're making DLC characters mandatory, but i doubt they are.
buahaha i was right! stryker used to be so easy to zone... *sigh* if his roll is safe on block then it's probably gonna be the end for my sindel.

seems like microsoft has that leash on tight there. most cats have it for ps3 what's the point of this? it's not exclusive dlc for a fews months or anything like that. microsoft's pathetic and so are the companies that allow them to dictate what comes to it's competitors. ps3 has blue-ray, 3d, ect. and they stop 3rd parties from utilizing those features or any exclusive content with threats of discontinued support? sad. with all the time that's gone by they could've tweaked sindel's flight, quan chi's boost, jade's overhead special, and subz's ground freeze. useless waste of space. HOW ABOUT AN AI RECORD FEATURE IN TRAINING? what is this 1990? shit's rediculous. thank goodness other fighters are available.

lol Surely you didn't buy an xbox just for mortal kombat? I really don't think it should be about what's "fair" or "you got x so we get y" kind of thing. If they are releasing something that's free to make the game more balanced/interesting then anyone who has it(and an internet connection) should have access to it. I get to find out if I have it after work tonight...*sigh

this is pretty stupid. 1 whole week after the xbox's patch? clearly those attending tournies in the following weeks are at a disadvantage if they play on the ps3.

Lol...so lets recap class. First we hear Tuesday, no go. Then we hear Thursday, no go. Now we've heard more than likely today and as of this post no go. Now we're hearing Saturday...any ps3 user should be used to this game by now...

i don't think reo works for NRS or anything, he shouldn't be saying things like that. that's why NRS haven't said anything because they don't want people getting mad when they're wrong. all they said was "next week" after xboxb got it so friday is the end of the week.
what's worse is i knew about this patch in the beginning of september -_-
