Thank you for giving the NRS community a chance. Coming from someone who has been exposed to ESL through Starcraft, Dota 2, and CS, it's good to see you guys expand your good graces to this community. I hope that the partnership continues past July and that you guys can support the game for a while. I look forward to watching the tournament on Saturday and competing every week there is a cup. I have faith in ESL to make everything accommodating for future events.Hey everyone,
We here at ESL America are very excited for the upcoming FATAL 8 tournament this weekend, along with the entire ESL Mortal Kombat X Pro League.
I have been working on this project since it's inception about 7 months ago. Feel free to ask any question. I will answer most of them to the best of my ability.
Well as i am obviously the only person that cares about this issue, i won't comment any further. Sorry for ruining your thread. No one is forcing you to do anything, don't ruin a Nice thread with pettiness
That's fair, thanks for the answer and the AMA in general.I will defer to the public statements Ed Boon and NetherRealm have made regarding net code.

I would not recommend signing up using the same console. What if you meet each other in the bracket? One of you will have to forfeit.@Clutch8 in regards to the ESL MKX Pro League, is there any possibility of it coming to PS4 in the future? Also, is it possible for more than one person to sign up for the same online tournament using the same console, i.e. siblings?
RIP offline. Online is the superior realm.I would not recommend signing up using the same console. What if you meet each other in the bracket? One of you will have to forfeit.
I cannot comment on what will happen past July regarding the inclusion of other platforms.
Understandable.I cannot comment on what will happen past July regarding the inclusion of other platforms.
If we meet each other in the bracket, can't we just play the set offline and report the scores?I would not recommend signing up using the same console. What if you meet each other in the bracket? One of you will have to forfeit.

Play offline and report the scores....What if you had to play against your brother in the tournament?
The online ESL tournaments aren't going to be across continents to my knowledge so this point isn't really an issue.PS4 = Region Lock
The tournament is separated by region, with no cross-regional online play.PS4 = Region Lock

Oh, I thought they were doing it globally. Will the prize pools be the same for EU and NA? Can people from other regions than EU and NA attend? The tournament is separated by region, with no cross-regional online play.
