The PlayStation Kombat League is/will be a bi-weekly(maybe weekly, maybe monthly) league. The purpose is to allow us "online warriors" to compete competitively with prizes and incentives!
Incentives you say?
Yes. This first tournament will have a $100 prize pot, donated by myself and will be free to enter. I'd like to do other free to enter tournaments in the future, but I can't promise a prize pot of $100. I have a family to support, but I will always try to have something. If people are willing to donate, or pay for entry, prize pots will be larger and it will help our community out a TON!!
With growing viewership and participation I am available to possibly do this weekly, but I prefer to do this bi-weekly unless I can get help with running brackets/streaming and other things.

Any donations given will go towards streaming equipment. Unless someone will stream these events, I will have to stream and commentate from ps4. Donations for prize pots are also accepted and help to promote this league and bring more competition!
What does the future hold for this league?
If viewership, participation, and promotion are high, we could do very big things as a community. It'll be a fun experience for everyone to enjoy from the comfort of their own home, except with the hype of a major!
Well what are the rules?
Rules are simple:
3/5 Format, Double Elimination bracket
Random stage selection to begin with.
Winner may change variation if loser changes character.
If winner changes variation the loser may choose stage, if not, random.
Must be a wired connection.
Laggy matches will not be played, if lag occurs do NOT finish the match. Quit immediately and report to me or other TOs. The incident will be handled as seen fit.
If loser chooses to rematch, winner must do rematch.
In the event someones internet connection drops completely, the opponent is to report to me. Opponent gets the game, the player has 15min to return or they lose the set.
Interactables may be turned off if both opponents agree (if they are even able to be turned off)
If anyone is caught cheating, hacking, lagswitching, etc. They will be eliminated from the tournament and any future tournaments.
Dates are TBA until we get votes. Votes end Monday afternoon.
